Be careful, you may fall in love with it too! About the house: it's a BEAUTIFUL 60 sqm apartment in the 2nd floor of a 2 floor building. The apartment was fully renovated in June 2017 (BRAND NEW). It's modern, comfortable and cosy, and will allow you to enjoy Lisbon's mythic light! It's ideal for a couple. Spacious living room equipped with 32'' smart TV and comfortable separate bedroom with 160cm wide double bed. Air conditioning in both living room and bedroom and high speed Wi-Fi. Linen and towels are provided. Kitchen is well equipped with nespresso machine, toaster, electric jug, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Basics to cook like olive oil, vinegar, salt and sugar are also available. There is an iron and ironing board as well. In the bathroom, you’ll find a hair dryer (a nice one :)), toilet paper and shower gel. Charming small private patio where you can start your day with a nice breakfast, have a glass of wine or just relax. The flat was fully decorated by me and my husband Ricky and we manage it ourserlves. Price for 2 people using the ALL the house; includes the PRIVATE patio and you can use the entire home services: Kitchen, Living Room etc. You will get the keys from us personally, and we will provide you extra information about Lisbon and Alfama neighborhood. We stay reachable during all your stay. :) The apartment is in an area that's full of history and truly represents the heart of traditional Lisbon. Stroll around its narrow streets to discover little cafes, restaurants, Fado houses, and trendy shops that make up this vibrant neighborhood. A stop for the 28 Tram is just 4min away and Santa Apolónia (metro and train station) and Terreiro do Paço (metro station) are both a 7 min walk from the house. The street is in a limited traffic zone - only taxis and residents can enter. If you wish to come by car, you can park at Largo Terreiro do Trigo, less then 100m from the building. Transfers between the airport and the apartment it’s as extra service - please let us know if are interested. A baby cot is available upon request - please let us know if you'll need it. The Popular Saints Festival is celebrated throughout June in Portugal. The festival in Lisbon is celebrated primarily on the 12th and 13th of June, in memory of Saint Anthony. Across Lisbon's historical neighborhoods you will see colorful decorations, food stalls and live stages to listen to music. As we are situated in the heart of Alfama, during the month of June, specially the 12th, more animation is expected in the streets that surround the apartment and the area will be much more crowded and noisy during this day.

Feeling Lisbon is located in a quiet street in the heart of Prince Real, Lisbon cultural and geographic centre. This 65m2 spacious apartment with an independent entrance is located in an entirely renewed ancient building. It was designed by a young Portuguese architect who gave priority to a bright and sober design. The apartment is well equipped, practical and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped (Nespresso machine, fridge, oven, and dishes) and has a lovely table and chairs. The fold-out sofa bed and the armchairs of the living room are an invitation to rest. The apartment is equipped with a TV, a Hi-Fi, and of course, a free WIFI access (50Mbps). The shower in the bathroom is large. The sober and bright bedroom is furnished with a large bed with quality bedding and directly accesses a private terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or an aperitif. Sheets and towels are provided. Thanks to its efficient heating appliances, the apartment can be rented in the winter too. Supermarket, bakery, butcher, hairdresser, restaurants and cafés within 50 meters. Feeling Lisbon is only 5 minutes’ walk from the botanic garden and from the museum of natural history. Principe Real is famous for its design shops, fashion shops, modern art galleries, cafés and restaurants as well as for its bars, clubs and for its lively nights. Lisbon is also ideal for a family holiday. The city is safe and its inhabitants are welcoming. Everything is within walking distance. The whole family will definitely enjoy travelling on the tram, especially on the legendary no 28 which runs through the historical centre of the Portuguese capital city. The São Jorge castle is also worth a visit. A walk along the castle walls will tell you the tales of fearless knights. Your children will definitely enjoy visiting the elephants, the monkey village, the lions, and crocodiles at the zoo. An ideal place for family walks and sport activities would be the Monsanto park, also known as the lungs of the city. Yet, for me, the best place ever would definitely be the oceanarium.

Chiado Loft 2 Fantastic Last Floor

This last floor apartment (5th floor with no elevator) in a nearly 400 year's old building was just renovated. You will find Yourself in the Chiado area of Lisbon with all its buzz and life. Inside the apartment You will find all the amenities, including air conditioning, heating, cable tv, wifi cable internet, ipod dock for music, american kitchen with dishwasher, washing/drying machine, fridge, coffee machine, orange juice squeezer, toaster, kettle, oven, electric hob (2), hairdryer. The Marble bathroom with a small window is just through the door on the right of the dinning table.The living room area of the apartment has a sofá a a Tv , a lounge chair and a coffee table.. The apartment was designed as an open space, but at the same time, living room/dinning room areas as well as the "bedroom" and the kitchen are well defined, and although it is not a big apartment, it is very comfortable and has ample storage space. From the bedroom area of the apartment You will face the sofá. The TV rotates, so You can enjoy it from the bed the living area or the dinning. One enters the Chiado Loft apartment by Rua da Bica de Duarte Belo, where this apartment is on the 5th floor (1st,2nd and 3th floors have limited ceiling heights) this way You will reach the apartment with not that much effort. The apartment accommodates 4, has a double bed, one single bed in the sofá and a futon style single bed in the mezzanine just on top of the bathroom. Tram nº 28 passes 25 meters away , and the metro is 350m away. This apartment is located on the famous Rua da Bica de Duarte Belo, where You have the funicular. The Train to Cascais is 850m from the apartment. If You enjoy night life You will be in walking distance to lots of bares and nightlife streets (Bairro Alto and Cais do Sodré). If You wish to visit Lisbon and stay in one of the nicest areas, You just found Your apartment!
