Apartmán je blízko obory s jeleny a přitom v blízkosti vybavenosti obce Lipno nad Vltavou. Zde vás nebude nic rušit a můžete tak naslouchat zvukům přírody. Večery při západu slunce na prostorné terase nebo v teple u krbu s šálkem dobré kávy. Vítáme rodiny s dětmi, máme k dispozici postýlku, přebalovací pult, židličku a podobně. Pro špatné dny je k dispozici x box, nejvíc si však děti užijí v lese, na který koukáte přímo z terasy.
