We quickly felt very comfortable in the apartment and made many great excursions from there. The view is wonderful and we enjoyed both the balcony and some beautiful sunsets. If we had questions, we were easily helped.

When we arrived, we were immediately expected, the host was constantly available by phone and terribly nice and welcoming, we had a lot of privacy and the backyard, which is a big waste for the smokers, and a big plus is the proximity of food and the welcome of the dogs. There were seven of us for a girls' weekend in the Deer Apartment. Nearby hiking trails and their parking lots are easily and quickly accessible. The place offers enough space and has a lovely spacious garden. In the kitchen there is both an oven and a microwave, perfect for cooking yourself. If you plan to stay longer, you should also pack bathroom amenities such as toilet paper. We were very pleased! ☺️

A cozy clean apartment in the middle of extraordinarily beautiful nature with plenty of sports and hiking opportunities. The apartment was clean, very well designed, well equipped. The location is easily accessible by car or bus. The place is steadily available to the restaurant near Michal or dampeliška grocery store. The place is located at the intersection of hiking trails. Thanks again for an amazing place to stay. The apartment was cozy, we loved coming back to it. Well heated, extra-equipped, absolutely quiet at night. We didn't miss anything. We went cross-country skiing with the kids, so we appreciated that the Šumava highway starts a few meters from the house. It was also a stone's throw away shopping for COOP. In the evening, we could play games that were available there. Just for us TOP places to stay👍.

Annette and Norbert's place was perfect. We were a family of four with two dogs and each had their own space in their own home. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything you need to cook. It was raining a lot when we were there and we enjoyed the evenings eating great dinners at home and relaxing on the couch in front of the TV. On the days we stayed, we only used the car once to go to the supermarket 10 minutes away. All other times we went out for numerous trails directly on foot. Also the path where you can see the animals can be seen we reached on foot on foot in a few minutes. Beautiful walks around Lastly, our Breakfasts were even more delicious with the fantastic jam they gave us and our dogs were very happy with the snacks left for them. Thank you for everything

We were very spontaneous for a night in Schärding and extremely satisfied with the accommodation. We lacked nothing, communication with Philipp worked great, the apartment has everything as described, very clean and we lacked nothing for the short time. We felt very comfortable right away. Alexa was our highlight and gave us a lot of joy. Extremely speechless about what you can do with it. We would also like to come back the next time we are passing through and replenish our beer stock at the Braushop Kapsreiter.

Great location for trips. The host was always responsive in no time. The place is small but we walked in with 2 adults, 2 kids and a dog. The cleaning lady was very kind and helpful. The need to heat with wood, the lighter was missing, but the lady who cleaned up right away. And we bought a fire starter from a local convenience store. Thank you

Tomas’s place was the perfect apartment to stay in. Tomas has thought of everything to make our stay more comfortable and has definitely gone above and beyond. This is the perfect place to stay for a family with an entire kids room with toys and books as well as a Nintendo switch. The sauna was so nice to use. Will stay again. The place itself was very clean and clear. We liked everything about it. Everything was modern and cozy. It was very comfortable to sleep and there was nothing missing in terms of accessories. We even had two keys, which was very convenient. A very quiet area. Definitely recommendable! The price was reasonable.

Linz is a beautiful city and, certainly, Judith with her hospitality and her home made our stay even more beautiful. The house is located on the outskirts of the city center, but relatively, because there are about 4/5 km from the areas of interest in the center. This distance is easily bridged by the presence, about 150/200 meters away, of a tram stop that is very convenient for moving around easily to and from the house. As far as I'm concerned, I chose Judith's house for its features and for the presence of a private, reserved and free parking for my car. I usually travel by car when I'm with my family. Regarding the apartment, I can safely say that we really enjoyed it, almost as if we were at home. There were three of us, with my wife and 19-year-old daughter, but we each had our own space. This is thanks to the very comfortable double bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room/kitchen. Everything was perfect.

As a family with 2 kids (3 and 5 y ) we had a great stay at this accommodation! Everything looks new and all you need is present. The garden is ideal with a refreshing swimming pool and toys for the kids - we even made hotdogs on the little campfire spot :-) . Marcela was quick in her responses and helpful. The region offers many activities on the lake and it is close to other highlights (Sumava national park, Cesky Krumlov,...). We would definitely recommend this accommodation to other families!

A spacious and pleasant apartment, with a large garden and roof terrace (shared). The children enjoyed swimming in the pool. Michaela is super attentive and resolves issues quickly.

The place is great! The maximum you can do with an attic apartment. Everything was great, smelled of cleanliness and detergent (detergent almost too strong). The host described everything well and in a timely manner and gave some recommendations. There was also nothing wrong with the accessibility. So I'd come back anytime. Clear recommendation. Small but nice apartment, cozy, top equipped and really super clean. We were there as a family of 4 and absolutely satisfied. The apartment is in one of two well-kept '70s high-rise buildings, connected by a communal area (free of charge): table tennis, kicker, air hockey and swimming pool. Perfect for our boys!

The accommodation met our expectations. Spacious with a good roof terrace, almost all day with sun when it shines. Had an almost complete kitchen with a two-week stay. What we missed was an oven, the combination microwave was too small for 5 people. Kitchenware enough. Glad the bathroom has a shower and bathtub separately. In the master bedroom there is enough space for a cot that was also available. Not to mention a high chair. A nice arrival with a bottle of wine and nicely made beds. Outside a large lot where you can play in playground or football. The walkways were renovated at the time, not bothered by this.
