Wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the silence, starry skies, and beautiful views. Great location and the host was super friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

The visit to Joensuu at the host Marku's comfortable cottage was very pleasant. It's like you were in your own little home, with everything you need ready to wait. Even found coffee and snacks! If Marku's studio happens to be free the next time we do business in Joensuu, it's the number one option!

It was a great place with a peaceful surrounding to enjoy vacations. The place was easy to find and had everything needed for a good time. There was a boat available but we could not use that because of bad weather. I would definitely recommend this place.

The posting is very accurate: a peaceful cottage in the woods with lake access. There are XC trails nearby that can be walked. The place is remote, but not far from a bus station if needed. Host provided potable water and there were plenty of heat sources to stay warm. A lovely and affordable retreat for anyone looking to escape into nature.

This beautiful lakefront cottage was the perfect place to get a short break from the city. We were greeted with a beautiful sunset that magically shone through the trees. The communication was great, the view was great, the sauna was great :) We found it very difficult to leave the cottage and would definitely come back! We took a road trip through Finland, and this was the most beautiful home on the trip for us. For those looking for relaxation surrounded by nature, it is the ideal home. We used all the amenities offered (sauna, heated pool, boat...) and everything went very well. Great communication with Marjatta always ready to solve any of our requests. The house is very large and well furnished. Warm and welcoming. I'd stay again.

The apartment is quiet and tidy, but a little more cramped than the photos suggest. Nice little, hotel-like touches. Communication with Leena was really great. She responded right away and was able to arrange things in the short term.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property, and I can't say enough good things about it! The highlight of our stay was definitely the cute sauna house, which provided a perfect way to relax and unwind. The private entrance to the lake was another fantastic feature, offering serene and beautiful views right at our doorstep and a memorable experience of swimming in the lake after the Sauna. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive to all our needs, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable.
