Our cottage has a living room, kitchen, 2 sleeping alcoves and a sauna. While on vacation, you can sit on the terrace to enjoy the lake view or read a book while lounging on a hammock. The gentle sandy beach opening to the south is well suited for children's water games and there is a lot to do for families in the cottage and the surrounding area. Villa Myyry villa on the shore of Pielisjoki

Villa Myyry is a cozy and well-equipped villa on the shores of Lake Pielisjoki in the village of Paihola, Kontiolahti. The villa has 77 m downstairs and a large loft. The location is in a quiet rural environment.  The driveway is right up to the door and there is plenty of parking space in the yard. Allergy-friendly, pets are prohibited. You can access the cycling trail directly from the yard or go snowshoeing on the ice of Pielisjoki. The ski resort Kontiolahti Biathlon is about 10 km away. The landlord lives next door.

This magnificent villa was hand-carved in 2020 from a couple of hundred-year-old Karelian logs. The huge viewing window gives a spectacular view over the water. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, two bedrooms, toilet and sauna facilities Underfloor heating, an air heat pump and a fireplace ensure a comfortable temperature all year round. The holiday is crowned by an outdoor hot tub for 6 people, a large tub, and a campfire pit. No pets, no smoking. Linen 15€/person, final cleaning 120€.

Alapihan Arboretum guest house with sauna

Cozy guest house and sauna in a wild tree species park. There are about 250 different species of woody trees and shrubs in the two-hectare area. The trees were planted in 1970 and form their own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is still partly in its natural state and renovation is being done in the area. For those interested, we will be happy to introduce the arboretums during the visit. The household includes two Lapphunds, a cat, a rooster and 6 hens. Breakfast available

Cozy cottage on the beach of Pyhäselkä. The cottage has just been renovated. It has a kitchen, hallway, terrace, sauna and outdoor toilet. The kitchen can accommodate 4 people to sleep. The cottage kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and running water from the lake, also hot. The terrace is covered, with a couch, table set and gas grill. The cottage has a wood-heated sauna, outdoor fireplace. There is a rowboat available. A smoke sauna can be arranged separately.

Villa LHJ Heinämäki

Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Style is rustic with a light twist of retro functionalism. Now we have moved 200m, on the opposite side of the road, and we offer Villa for our quest. Your sincerely Leena & Juha

Modern sauna cabin by the lake

Welcome to relax in the sauna room in our yard, by the lake! Even though a small, stylish sauna room is part of our inhabited yard, you'll find peace, nature, privacy, and lovely scenery here. The place is also great for working remotely! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Use a rowing boat and a paddleboard. Available for rent for fishing with a motor boat. Bring your own linens and towels. If necessary, linen can be arranged from the accommodation.

Lakeside house close to Joensuu, North Karelia

A two-bedroom house (75 m2) 60 metres from the lake and a sauna cottage 20 metres from the shore of lake Viinijärvi, in Polvijärvi, in very beautiful surroundings, 25 minutes by car from the centre of Joensuu. The house is well equipped and beautifully furnished. The kitchen has a dishwasher and TV. The bathroom also contains an infrared sauna, but there is also a wood heated sauna by the lake. The price contains bed linen, towels ,coffee, tea, oil etc.

Lovely place with a fireplace

Enjoy the steam of a beach sauna in this modernly equipped cottage with the atmosphere of a traditional beach sauna. The cottage is just a few steps from the shore of a clear-water pond. From the dock you can swim after the sauna or try your luck at fishing. About 200 meters away, there are hiking trails and ski trails in winter. Lykynlammi's outdoor area with a frisbee golf course is about three kilometers away.

Kuohu - sauna cabin on the shore of a rapid

Kuohu is an atmospheric, warm sauna cottage built in 2015 on the banks of a small river. In the noise of the rapids, you can relax in the sauna, barbecue or campfire. The cottage is located along a small sandy road, completely in its own peace. Koli National Park is about a 30-minute drive, Höytiäinen beach is just over 2km away. We rent canoes and have picnic packages with local products.
