Enjoy a vacation or work remotely in this peaceful, centrally-located apartment! The cozy one-bedroom apartment has been renovated and the rooms are spacious. The balcony has beautiful park views in the direction of St. Nicholas Church. There's a sofa bed in the living room. You walk to the city center in a few minutes and at the nearby riverfront you will find nice jogging and cycling routes. You can also conveniently get around by public transportation, with the closest stops a block away.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Villa LHJ Heinämäki

Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Style is rustic with a light twist of retro functionalism. Now we have moved 200m, on the opposite side of the road, and we offer Villa for our quest. Your sincerely Leena & Juha

Relax in the soft steam of the SAUNA in a terraced house in a very peaceful location, renovated in 2022. In the bedrooms, you'll find ready-pedated beds for a towel. One bedroom has a 160x200cm double bed and the other has 2 beds 90cm wide. 2 extra beds can be placed in the living room. The kitchen is well stocked. In the living room, you'll find a smart TV. The sauna has just been replaced by the stones of the stove. Coffee, tea, and final cleaning are included!

The house is part of an old farmyard. The finnish-german couple welcomes its guests the year round, for only one night or for longer stays. The farm and its surroundings offer plenty of activities. The farm hosts a model railway, a farm museum and an organic beekeeping with honey sale. You may book the farm sauna for your own use. Swimming at the lake on demand.
