The high-quality non-smoking holiday home has 2 bedrooms with double beds or single beds, a large living room, 2 cable TVs (140 cm), an X-box, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet and anteroom. The house was opened in March 2014. You are welcome to feel comfortable in our garden. Sunbathing lawn, children's playground from May 2019, foosball and ping pong table tennis at your disposal. Free parking (carport) available.

The spacious house was renovated with a lot of love in 2024, quiet garden with terrace and barbecue facilities, 3 minutes to the motorway, quiet location, good local transport, 5 minutes to the Bad Schallerbach thermal world / Eurothermenresort. 5 minutes to Schmiding Zoo The city of Wels is also very easy to reach and Linz is only 30 minutes away.
