A very friendly hostess,the apartment was spacious, there was the possibility to sit privately in the garden. Brigitte's house is located in the middle of the countryside and is very quiet, the apartment is in the basement, which did not bother us, as we were on the road all day anyway and the apartment was pleasantly cool as a result during the heat, and in the evening we were able to enjoy the garden. I can only recommend the apartment!

Excellently located apartment with lots of space directly on the Hauptplatz, a stone's throw from the tram stop. Incredibly central. Lots of nice art, paintings and furniture in the apartment, a kitchen with 2 separate bathrooms. Just to note, the wifi was not strong enough for me to work at the kitchen table so I had to work in the bedroom where there is no desk. Overall an excellent apartment!

The host was very nice, the room was spacious and clean, and we were even offered complimentary drinks. It was a very pleasant stay!

We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

We had a wonderful stay, despite heavy rain. The house was perfect for us with plenty of space and all amenities. Andrea was a great host, always responsive and even brought a blender when we wanted to make a cream soup. The location is great, just across the street from the park and seebad.

We spent one night in Christian's apartment. I'm satisfied, everything was fine😊 Cozy, well equipped apartment. Our little boy was very happy about the many toys 🤗 Christian even got a travel cot, thank you so much for that! There is also a garden where you can sit outside very nicely in summer, also with many things for children. I can highly recommend it!😊

Stunning property with breathtaking views. Just a perfect place to stay with friends and their three dogs.

We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years but this has been one of the most special. An attractive, clean and tidy family home, with wonderful grassy garden space comprising a large veranda, outdoor seating, large trampoline, and an exceptional swimming pool. All set in a peaceful rural environment, with woods and endless walking, running or cycling on the doorstep. The house is perfect for families or those seeking tranquility, with or without a mix of physical activity. Other highlights include Moorea the friendly cat, the garden fire pit, fruit and vegetables from the garden, the incredible night sky, and the spooky, autonomous lawn robot that comes out at night ;) Bad Leonfelden centre or nearby supermarkets are a convenient 10 min walk. We were welcomed by Thomas's attentive and friendly dad who also took care of the pool. Thomas himself responded instantly to any enquiries we had. It has been a memorable stay in your beautiful family home, Thomas. Thank you!

We had a very nice time with the children. The place and location is top. Our kids could romp in the garden, hop on the trampoline or play inside with a number of games. Nearby we visited great excursion destinations such as the Scharnstein ruins, the Kasberg ski resort, the Cumberland Wildpark, the Almsee, the Traunsee and the Eurotherme "Aquapulco ". A highlight for our kids was the farm above the accommodation. From booking to departure, Eike and Verena provided us with tips and ideas and thus helped make our vacation as beautiful as possible. The house was very clean and well-equipped. As the interior is modern and clean, you will enjoy a city-like (fancy) house but with a very beautiful lake that is a 10-minute walk away. On top of that, I could enjoy the morning in the beautiful and cozy balcony. I will visit here again when I come to Gmunden. The house is very tidy and the owner's thoughtful consideration can be seen everywhere. If you're coming to Traunsee, it's a great place to recommend. Parking is also available separately in the apartment parking lot, so if you bring a car, you can go to Haltstat or Salzburg within an hour from here. (We did it~)

Margit and Harald's apartment is a real 5-star accommodation. Super clean, modernly furnished and cozy. The two are incredibly warm hosts and always gave us valuable tips for exploring the region. The place is highly recommended without a doubt!

Staying at Nuki was an amazing experience. Everything was clean, modern and comfortable. It is more than a rental place - it is like coming back to home. To be honest we did nt want to go out as the apartment itself was an experience and we and our 2 kids spend good time there.. All the equipment, utensils, the kitchen supplies including spices were more than any rental space provides usually. We also love the garden area with the grill and seating. We have stayed in many airbnbs before and this place was one of the best. We would love to stay there again. Thanks alot

The place is clean and cozy. The tram stop is just 2 minutes away, and it's only one stop to the main train station from there. We were very happy with our choice to stay at Sabina's place for our trip to Linz and will definitely come back next time!
