Spacious, beautiful apartment for families

The apartment is nice and clean. Everything you need for a long stay is available. Christian is also very helpful.

We arrived late, yet we were greeted very kindly. For the safety of our baby, the owner made a grille with his own hands so that he could not fall from the floor/stairs. The next morning, a bowl of fresh organic strawberries was placed in front of our door for our little girl, which was sweet. Beautiful accommodation, environment, furnishings, everything. They thought of everything, we didn't lack anything. We wanted to stay there for the return trip, but unfortunately it wasn't allowed at that time. Next time we go, we'll go there without question. Thank you for everything! We wish you continued success!

We came with 4 adults, 2 children, 1 baby. The house was clean and modern. It was a large and spacious house. It was as shown in the pictures. Parking was easy. The host was kind. Thank you

The house of Anita and Mathias is very beautiful, we had the fire lit and it gave a very cozy and homely atmosphere. The house is very well remodeled, the bathroom and kitchen are almost new and everything you need for a short stay. Also the surrounding is very nice and quiet, full of green and nature, we did many activities every day like; walking, going to the wildpark, spa, etc. They provided us with a very useful pdf with lots of tips for things to see and do in the surrounding area. Anita and Mathias live next door to the cabin, were always reachable and very helpful when we needed something. Happy to go again for a longer time:) highly recommended.

The property is far away from neighbors and in a very good condition. Especially the balcony is great to sit in the summer nights.

Dreamy🤩 Tanja's apartment is very spacious and lovingly furnished! Tanja is a super nice and attentive host! The apartment is immaculately clean and superbly equipped. The apartment is close to the city and very, very quiet! The individual rooms are equipped with fly screens and shutters to completely darken. In the living room, there is a children's table with painting and toys and books for young and old, which was the highlight for my 2.5-year-old daughter. Tanja has not only lovingly furnished the apartment, but also provided it with many details. There were changing utensils, a night light and also bath additives and accessories for our daughter, fresh flowers were waiting for us at the dining table and in the kitchen… We felt super comfortable and at home from the beginning and can therefore recommend this accommodation and Tanja as a host, whether you are a solo traveler, couple or family! 🌷 Thank you dear Tanja - we will be happy to come back!

We were a total of 10 people staying at Karl's and had a wonderful time – it was like paradise! The apartment is very spacious and perfect for a larger group. The view was breathtaking and the amenities left nothing to be desired. We were particularly enthusiastic about the huge bed and the well thought-out space for everyone. Karl's brother welcomed us warmly and was very helpful during our stay – thank you again for that! We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Our three week long stay at Josefine's was very comfortable with everything in the apartment that we needed. As I was travelling with my daughter we wanted somewhere with 2 bedrooms and this apartment was hands down a great deal compared to other two bedroomed accommodation in Linz. Home was comfortable and clean and looked even better than in the photos! Sabina was easy to work with, responsive, and helpful. Plenty of linens, towels, and kitchen utensils. Grocery stores a 3 minute drive. Neighborhood was quiet and lovely!
