Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Linz-Land District

Ruhige Lage, nette Gastgeber, sehr geräumiges Appartment und cooler Hund :) Gerne wieder!

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Belas Appartement. Sie ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral, alles ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar

Eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin,die Wohnung war geräumig, es gab die Möglichkeit, sich privat in den Garten zu setzen. Brigittes Haus liegt mitten auf dem Land und ist sehr ruhig, die Wohnung ist im Untergeschoss, was uns aber nicht störte, da wir eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren und die Wohnung dadurch angenehm kühl war während der Hitze, und abends konnten wir den Garten genießen. Ich kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

War alles super! Wohnung ist mega schön und Bojana ist sehr freundlich. Es ist genau auf halbem Weg zwischen Ungarn und der Schweiz – perfekt für einen Zwischenstopp. .Wir werden noch zurückkommen! :)

Excellently located apartment with lots of space directly on the Hauptplatz, a stone's throw from the tram stop. Incredibly central. Lots of nice art, paintings and furniture in the apartment, a kitchen with 2 separate bathrooms. Just to note, the wifi was not strong enough for me to work at the kitchen table so I had to work in the bedroom where there is no desk. Overall an excellent apartment!

Cosy place, closeby trams and the main square, close by the Donau so extra plus!

I was very satisfied with the apartment and with the Landlord. The apartment is located next to Rudolfstrasse tram stop, where all Linzer Trams has a stop. Therefore it is very easy to move from end of the city to another one. Another advantage is that the apartment has a place to park your car, as it is very difficult to find a parking place in the vicinity of the apartment. Also, there was a place to store my bicycle during my stay (there is a lot of bicycke paths that starts nearby). City center is an a walking distance and the Danube river (for evening walks) as well. Shopping opportunities for daily needs are abundant in the vicinity. The apartment was exactly as it is on the pictures on the Internet. Communication with Mrs. Marlies was easy and I had all the information necessary for smooth arrival and check-in. The apartment was regularly cleaned (I was staying for 4 weeks), the blankets, and toilet and kitchen amenities refilled regularly. I strongly recommend. J

The host was very nice, the room was spacious and clean, and we were even offered complimentary drinks. It was a very pleasant stay!

We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

We had a wonderful stay, despite heavy rain. The house was perfect for us with plenty of space and all amenities. Andrea was a great host, always responsive and even brought a blender when we wanted to make a cream soup. The location is great, just across the street from the park and seebad.

Wir verbrachten eine Nacht in Christians Wohnung. Ich bin zufrieden, alles war in Ordnung😊 Gemütlich, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Unser kleiner Junge hat sich sehr über die vielen Spielsachen gefreut 🤗 Christian hat sogar ein Reisebett bekommen, vielen lieben Dank dafür! Es gibt auch einen Garten, in dem man im Sommer sehr schön draußen sitzen kann, auch mit vielen Dingen für Kinder. Ich kann es nur empfehlen!😊

Stunning property with breathtaking views. Just a perfect place to stay with friends and their three dogs.

We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years but this has been one of the most special. An attractive, clean and tidy family home, with wonderful grassy garden space comprising a large veranda, outdoor seating, large trampoline, and an exceptional swimming pool. All set in a peaceful rural environment, with woods and endless walking, running or cycling on the doorstep. The house is perfect for families or those seeking tranquility, with or without a mix of physical activity. Other highlights include Moorea the friendly cat, the garden fire pit, fruit and vegetables from the garden, the incredible night sky, and the spooky, autonomous lawn robot that comes out at night ;) Bad Leonfelden centre or nearby supermarkets are a convenient 10 min walk. We were welcomed by Thomas's attentive and friendly dad who also took care of the pool. Thomas himself responded instantly to any enquiries we had. It has been a memorable stay in your beautiful family home, Thomas. Thank you!

Wir hatten mit den Kinder eine sehr schöne Zeit gehabt. Die Unterkunft und Lage ist top. Unsere Kids konnten dort im Garten toben, auf dem Trampolin hüpfen oder drinne mit etlichen Spielen spielen. In der Nähe haben wir tolle Ausflugsziele wie die Ruine Scharnstein, das Skigebiet Kasberg, den Wildpark Cumberland, den Almsee, den Traunsee und die Eurotherme "Aquapulco " besucht. Ein Highlight war für unsere Kids der Bauernhof oberhalb der Unterkunft. Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise haben uns Eike und Verena mit Tipps und Ideen versorgt und somit geholfen unseren Urlaub so schön wie möglich zu machen. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür 😀

The house was very clean and well equipped. As the interior is modern and clean, you will enjoy city-like (fancy) house but with very beautiful lake which is in 10 minutes walking. On top that, I could enjoy the morning in the beautiful and cozy balcony. I will visit here again when I come to Gmunden. 집이 매우 깔끔하고 집주인의 세심한 배려가 곳곳에 보이는 곳입니다. 혹시 Traunsee쪽 오신다면 강추할만한 곳이네요. 주차도 아파트 주차공간이 별도로 있어, 차를 가지고 오신다면 이곳을 거점으로 할슈타트나 잘츠부르크도 한시간 거리로 가셔도 됩니다.(저흰 그리했어요~)

Margits und Haralds Wohnung ist eine echte 5-Sterne Unterkunft. Super sauber, modern eingerichtet und gemütlich. Die beiden sind unglaublich herzliche Gastgeber und haben uns immer wertvolle Tipps zum erkunden der Region gegeben. Die Unterkunft ist ohne Zweifel wärmstens zu empfehlen!

Eine tolle große Wohnung in perfekter Lage. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und sehr gemütlich. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war ebenfalls sehr einfach und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert :) zu empfehlen!

Staying at Nuki was an amazing experience. Everything was clean, modern and comfortable. It is more than a rental place - it is like coming back to home. To be honest we did nt want to go out as the apartment itself was an experience and we and our 2 kids spend good time there.. All the equipment, utensils, the kitchen supplies including spices were more than any rental space provides usually. We also love the garden area with the grill and seating. We have stayed in many airbnbs before and this place was one of the best. We would love to stay there again. Thanks alot

The place is clean and cozy. The tram stop is just 2 minutes away, and it's only one stop to the main train station from there. We were very happy with our choice to stay at Sabina's place for our trip to Linz and will definitely come back next time!
