The Apartment Haus Salzburg occupies part of a detached house near the mountains in Glanegg, about 8 km from the centre of Salzburg. Measuring 130m2, the apartment sleeps 7 people in three double bedrooms and a sofa bed. The ground floor has a toilet, fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, ceramic stove, dishwasher and oven), two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub, and the basement features a living area with sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with steam shower. The apartment also has Wi-Fi, excellent soundproofing, a fireplace and a large outdoor terrace. Free parking is available. Apartment Haus Salzburg is situated a short stroll from Glanegg Castle and many popular hiking areas. It is a 5-minute drive from Hellbrunn Zoo and is right by the A10 and A1 motorways to Salzburg and Salzburg Airport. Lovely apartment between Salzburg and the mountains.

In the garden, there is a wooden sauna with sweeping views over the deer enclosure and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is located on a small organic farm that I run according to permaculture principles. There are deer in the meadows, as well as chickens, bees, cats, and a fish pond.

Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

The bright, open-plan vacation home in the village of Nussdorf on the beautiful Attersee offers the ideal setting for family vacations or vacations with friends. The lake is just a 7-minute walk away, as is the village center. Get on your bike and explore the Salzkammergut right from the front door. Many walking and hiking trails start nearby. On the spacious terrace, you can start your vacation day with a breakfast with a lake view and end it with a barbecue evening.

A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

Welcome to Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cozy warmth. The very well equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony, you can look out over the nature reserve and have direct access to the large toboggan run. On the top floor you will find cozy sleeping areas. It has been redesigned and has a wonderful rustic charm without being overloaded. Note: The house has no direct access. You go up a staircase and walk a 200-meter path to the house. Parking is available on the street. You have to be good at walking!
