The kitchen is fully furnished and the private terrace has a comfortable seat, barbecue, sun loungers and parasol. A luxury breakfast is available on request for €20 per person.

Exclusive house half (156 sqm) in Lingen-Baccum with separate wellness floor for up to 8-9 people, from two nights. Basic price €150 per night for up to 4 people, each additional person €28. Children up to two years stay free of charge in their parents' room. A baby cot is available. The wellness area (70 sqm) costs, in addition to a basic fee of €30, €20 per person up to three hours, with two uses by the same people, €15 per person per use. The Lower County is known for well-developed bike paths: Along canals, rivers, moorlands and small villages, our border region can best be discovered by bike.
