Sonja was super. Great communication, great recommendations on what to see and where to eat. The place was immaculate and the bed is very comfortable. Her gardens are beautiful. Pazin is centrally located and most of Istria is within a 30 minute river. HIGHLY recommend!

We booked the accommodation spontaneously because another one was canceled. Everything worked out great and we were more than satisfied. It is a beautifully landscaped garden, a very nice house (with everything you need - fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms/4 toilets) - a great outdoor kitchen and a very nice pool. The neighbors were quiet and the donkeys in the adjacent meadow were also sweet and peaceful. There are plenty of shopping facilities nearby. We will definitely be back.

We felt very comfortable in Andelka's apartment! 🤗 Everything was really perfect! Very clean, large (we were here with 3 people) and everything available, such as a well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, etc. We would definitely come back and can absolutely recommend the place! Toni and Karla's villa is dreamy. In addition to a large and spacious kitchen, the guest will find four beautiful rooms, all of which invite you with great amenities. In addition, there is a large saltwater pool and a hot tub, which guarantee the relaxation of the guests. The villa itself is a bit remote, but impresses with an exposed location with great views and a quiet neighborhood. With rental cars, the surroundings can be wonderfully explored. There is enough parking space available for this. Toni and Karla are unprecedented hosts. They respond to requests from guests within a very short time and take care of their concerns. Thanks to you, we were able to focus on the essentials on vacation. On request, a wide variety of recommendations are made regarding possible activities in the area. This home is fully recommended. We will be happy to come back!

We had some trouble finding the apartment at the beginning. 😅 But Kristijan was super accessible and a house around the corner is not visible from the street even with turquoise shutters. 😅 The property is very originally located in the hinterland of Croatia. It offers plenty of space to romp and play for children. A spacious meadow, other children and the dogs invite you to play. It was just incredibly hot in August. Small and large supermarkets can be reached in 5 - 15 minutes. Pazin with zip line and cave is right around the corner. A fishing pond as well. It takes 35 - 60 minutes to all the stalls of Istria. For this you get a place where you can really slow down! It was clean, tidy and comfortable. Due to the natural stone and the location, but not completely small animal-free. 🕸️ In the kitchen there is even air conditioning and the shutters make darker but also less warm in the bedroom. Finally: We had a good time!

Our stay was one of the best Villa holidays we’ve ever had. The airport in Pula was incredibly easy as was picking up our hire car and then a short 40 minute drive to the Villa. Ivan had allowed early check in which helped as we had travelled overnight. He met us there and explained everything we needed to know, and was then easily contactable throughout our stay. The villa is incredible. The rooms are spacious and are decorated beautifully. Ivan provided cleaning products and toilet rolls which was really helpful. The pool ares was stunning and had plenty of sun loungers and seating to sit inside or outside to eat. His Mother also bought over some delicious home cooked desserts, which was very gratefully received surprise. The villa is in a peaceful location but is brilliantly situated to visit so many wonderful places, including Pula, island boat trips (one with tame peacocks) and lots of beautiful coastal towns. I can not recommend Ivan and his beautiful villas enough!

Tina was incredibly helpful, always responding quickly to messages and providing clear instructions. The apartment was nice and cosy and is very close to the center of Pazin. I hope we’ll have the chance to meet again next year. Thank you so much!
