Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that a lot of care and attention went into preparing the space. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and we felt completely at ease throughout our visit. Overall, an excellent experience—we’d gladly come back and highly recommend it to others!

I could not wait to write this review! I've traveled all over the world and staid in many places but I've never experienced such AMAZING hospitality before! From a personal welcome note, to sending precise directions, to telling us not to worry about the time of the check in, to every personal detail taken care of in the apartment, to even a note written in calligraphy, to the home made cookies to greet us - there are no words to describe how welcomed we felt! If I could give 10 stars instead of 5 I would! A 100 would not be enough either! The kitchen is very well equipped, the mattresses are so comfy, it's so quiet and peaceful here - EVERY detail is thought of and is taken care of! This is the best stay ever! Thank you Davor, from the bottom of our hearts!!

The house and pool are really beautiful, everything is very very tidy and well maintained. Great care will be taken care of. Everything you need. Peaceful location, but you need a car. You can't do errands only by bike or on foot. The nearest small shop is about 10 minutes' drive away, about so far to the supermarket. We were there with 12 people, everything was a great fit. Each room (except one) has its own bathroom with a toilet, which is really very pleasant. Thank you to the owner and her parents, we had a great time!

Our stay at Villa ZEL was great. Located in the heart of Istria, the villa is an ideal starting point for trips around the region. It is also extremely comfortable for relaxing indoors or around the pool. The accommodation is clean, nicely designed and well equipped. Leana was always available online. We would definitely come back again.

If you are looking for peace, you will find it here. We stayed there with our children. Whether table tennis, trampoline, volleyball or even a small play corner with swings, slips and seesaw for young children was available. The highlight was the great pool. The accommodation was very, very clean. The owners a lot of praise, very friendly people. Goes out of their way to provide guests with a great stay. We will come back for sure.

We were in the house over New Year's Eve and had a great time! The place is wonderfully quiet and perfect for relaxing - in the sun you can enjoy the view wonderfully in front of the house in the deck chairs and, when it gets cooler, make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace. The house is lovingly decorated, so we immediately felt comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. Inga was a super hostess, welcomed us with jam and beer, provided us with good tips and was also very helpful when one of us got sick. The surrounding area is also very nice - you can hike directly from the house, but can also quickly drive to the sea or other nice places. I highly recommend it and we will be happy to come back!

We were at this place for 4 days and the house was great. We have enjoyed the evenings after cycling the whole day. The house was a great opportunity to calm down and enjoy the sun.

Excellent villa, beautiful pool. Lidija and her husband made us feel very welcome with homemade pastries and a vino on arrival. Excellent location easy to get to Pula and Pazin. We loved it. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.
