A welcoming 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath offers an ideal stay for individuals or families on any occasion such as celebration, travel or work. The rental is conveniently located near Costco, Yuba College, Beale Air Force Base, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Toyota Amphitheatre, and the cities of Marysville and Yuba City. Access to CA-70 is within 5 minutes. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, the house provides will you with all the necessities for a comfortable homely visit. Note: Garage is not accessible.

Yuba City Attached, Private Suite w/Pool, Laundry

This little suite has everything you will need! There is a kitchenette to include mini fridge, microwave, two burner stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, and toaster. The room has a queen bed, television w/Roku, closet, table, and chairs. There is a full bathroom with shower. The pool is not heated. It is serviced every Monday and open year-round for use. The suite is the back unit (unit #2). The garage parking is for unit #1 guests, however, you may use the washer and dryer.

Lotus B: Quaint Upstairs Studio

This is a 500sqft studio apartment. We have 3 units that on the 2nd floor of our business in Downtown Marysville. Unit B is the middle apartment and is great for short stays. We have a queen bed, small couch, and a 43" TV in the living area. There is also a full size kitchen, dining table and private bathroom in the apartment. We offer our guests wifi, Hulu live TV, coffee, and a comfortable bed. The space is great for 2 people.
