Lincoln National Forest cabins

The place is very well thought out. A couple highlights: the water cooler! Such a good gesture since it’s so dry and hot! It has small package of everything you may need. Everything in the kitchen is spotless and ready to use. You also find wax and the sled for the white sands national park. I think it’s one of the best thought out house and I highly recommend!

We had a great stay at John’s place. The rooms were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfasts for our families. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio with coffee, it was a very peaceful space!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with easy driving access to White Sands National Park, Three Rivers Petroglyph Site, and other local attractions. The house was exactly as described in the listing, and we found it clean and comfortable. One of the highlights was the thoughtful amenities provided. It really made our stay more enjoyable. Pro tip for anyone visiting White Sands National Park: check the garage! We were thrilled to find sleds and wax left by previous guests, which saved us from having to purchase them. We appreciated the convenience and would definitely recommend this Airbnb to other families looking for a comfortable base to explore the region.

It wasour Anniversary and got Kevins place for locatoin and after looking at a few pictures i was sold. Granted it was a little much for my wife and it having 6 beautiful bedrooms 3 full bath and 2 0r 3 half baths a spacious garage. But it was everything my wife and i wre looking for.

This home was nice and spacious. We stayed there for work and it had plenty of room! It was perfect for what we needed. The host was very comunicative and helpful! Great place in a nice area.

My daughter and I loved our stay at this cozy cabin! Everything was as described and I appreciated the clear instructions for arrival and checkout. The heater worked great and the fleece blankets were very cozy. I appreciated the dvds and the fact that there were kids movies! The lack of wifi wasn’t an issue, my daughter’s phone worked just fine with Verizon. I have AT&T, mine did not work. I purchased my own coffee, but there was some in the cabinet. I appreciated the provided filters. We saw deer & elk on our walk through the neighborhood and enjoyed the sounds of the birds from the balcony. As for things to do, we visited White Sands, did the Osha Trail nearby and explored downtown Cloudcroft. It was a perfect spot to relax after long days of adventures. We had a great time and we would definitely stay here again!

Kristi and her lovely home get six stars out of five! This is the second time I have rented her house, and it doesn’t disappoint! Feels like home… Only better. Beautiful furnishings, lovely old house, comfortable backyard. Great location. Kristi responds quickly to questions and is always happy to help. A great place to stay while visiting White Sands, Cloudcroft, Three Rivers Petroglyphs. Also, just a lovely house for sitting around and reading. I hope to come back again and again.

Beautiful place to stay in a great town. Served as an excellent basecamp for the National Parks and other activities nearby. Plenty of hiking and adventure close by as well. Great as a long weekend getaway.

What a wonderful cabin. We will definitely come back. The back porch was so quiet and peaceful, and the wildlife was so beautiful. We saw deer, blue Jay's, woodpeckers and cardinals in the backyard alone.

Beautiful and comfortable cabin in the mountains. Home is in excellent condition and well-stocked with anything you could possibly need. Host was very responsive and kind. Would stay again! Heads up there are plenty deer and elk on the road especially around sunset so DRIVE SLOW.

We adores this place. So much character & the upstairs bedroom had a great treehouse vibe to it. Big yard. Everything was comfortable & clean. Appreciated all the small details… restocked coffee & tea, board games were new and/or clean and complete sets in good condition. Responsive host. No complaints and if I have any issues I am vocal about them. I loved the bath tub- was glad I had a couple bath bombs in my travel bag. Was super relaxing and highly recommended.
