The condo was great. There is a full flight of stairs to the condo. The location to the lake is in a very busy section with very fast and loud boats. We felt unsafe leaving the dock area with our small 16 ft boat. However, we did fish right from the dock and I caught a large catfish. It was also fun watching the large boats race by. We would probably not stay here again because of the location on the lake and not because of the condo itself.

This was a great cabin. It was clean and quiet in March. We enjoyed the pellet grill and the patio. Be aware they let the water out of the lake in March and the boat ramp and dock are unusable. Brown Bend access (30 min) is the closes boat launch we found. Overall, a great stay!

We absolutely loved staying at Pamela’s place! We stayed for the Bass Bash, so the dock was perfect for the boat. The home was clean, exactly as pictured & the location couldn’t be beat! Pamela & her team responded great. Having a great host makes having a great trip! We would definitely recommend this home!

What a great location for a weekend get away with friends! The location was beautiful and quiet while we were there. The house was amazing inside and out, especially since we brought our bass fishing boat. The boat slip was easily accessible and was very necessary during our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone that is needing a get away! ☺️ Matt was also an excellent host!!

We loved our stay! It was perfect for a weekend getaway. The hot tub ended up being the center of attention with the rainy/cold weather we experienced while there. Their recommendations book is filled with tons to do and great food recommendations. We will be staying again!

This lake house had stunning views of the Lake of the Ozarks. It was very close to Margaritaville and my kids enjoyed Jolly Mon indoor waterpark. The house was also near additional entertainment including go-kart venues that my family enjoyed. The place was clean, and was perfect for my family of four and dog. We enjoyed walks on the trails in the morning. We would definitely consider staying here again during our next visit.

Haven House New Comfortable and Clean Retreat

This house was perfect for us! We were in Sedalia for a funeral and this was just the most peaceful and quiet place for us to unwind and relax. Tammy helped us get another night so we wouldn’t have to leave for a 1:30 pm funeral at 10am and we would have a quiet place to return to after the funeral. We just returned from a fantastic spring break at Kathleen's residence in Margaritaville! The space was perfect for our family of five and our beagle! The residence itself is beautifully appointed, offering plenty of space for our family. The open layout provided a perfect setting for family bonding, while the cozy bedrooms ensured everyone had a restful night’s sleep. We loved the fully equipped kitchen, which made preparing meals a breeze. The location is ideal, offering beautiful views of the Lake of the Ozarks. We enjoyed lounging in the private hot tub and exploring nearby attractions. Kathleen was an outstanding host, always available to help and provide local tips. Overall, we had an amazing time and created unforgettable memories. We highly recommend Kathleen's residence and can't wait to return!
