I've stayed at Ryan’s place every time I’m in town for business—it’s my go-to spot. This little apartment has everything you need: a peaceful vibe, reliable internet for working remotely, and it’s just a short walk to the center of town. The street is beautiful and tree-lined, which adds to the charm and it has an off street parking spot. But what really makes it special are the hosts—Ryan and Carolyn are warm, welcoming, and always make me feel at home. Always a pleasure to stay here. Highly recommended.

I had a great time at this location. The host was great and it had a lot of things there I did not need to worry about. It was walking distance to some restaurants, local entertainment, and coffee shops. I am definitely choosing this place when I come back to Sacramento.

This apartment was perfectly located one block from where my dad resides in assisted living. The bed was super comfy as was the sofa! I will definitely be returning!

Absolutely loved staying here! Hosts were very responsive and incredibly kind. The location was great, my friend and I walked to several restaurants. We truly enjoyed relaxing outside and their leather couch is incredibly comfortable. If you want to play the pinball machine make sure you bring plenty of quarters! Lovely bathroom but if you are a self conscious person might be beneficial to bring some poo-pourri. Dish rack and rags are under the sink for easy storage. If you are Door Dashing food be very clear with your delivery instructions haha Thanks again for letting us stay in your lovely home! It was perfect!

We loved this unit! It had plenty of space for me and my partner, and the washer and dryer was a nice surprise. The river walk is less than a mile away, and the gardens on the property are beautiful. We’d love to stay here again!

This was an absolutely incredible experience. This beautiful space is nuzzled inside the heart of midtown. It feels way bigger than the pictures suggest and I guarantee you’ll feel right at home. The check-in process was a breeze and Alex was super responsive.

We felt right at home in this colorful, cozy home. Everything was as described in the listing and then some. The apartment itself is beautiful with antique fixtures, hardwood floors, stained glass windows, and solid wooden details, yet it has all the modern conveniences and upgrades. The decor is eclectic but tasteful and very welcoming. All the furniture and dishes and cooking supplies are substantial as if someone actually lives there--not just cheep rental unit style. The cotton linens and bedding are of good quality. I am going to look for a set of those flowery sheets for myself! The location is central and very easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Our hosts were helpful and proactive. We did not need to communicate with them while we were there, as everything was perfect, but they made us feel like we could reach out at anytime if necessary. I will stay here the next time I visit Sacramento and I recommend it to everyone.

Michael and Mark's studio was the perfect setup for my 2-week stay. They were very responsive and helpful with several issues that came up during the 2 weeks. The location worked out for my needs, but there was more road noise than expected (mainly because I didn't know Second Street was such a busy street). I felt very safe at this location and would recommend it for easy access to the 70 and 99 highways, both of which I had to use nearly every day during my stay. Loved seeing all the animals roam around every day in the yard!

We loved our stay. The house was easy to find and in a great neighborhood. The fenced backyard was great for our dogs. We would stay here again, Mahdi was very responsive and helpful.

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. The hosts had incredible communication and made us feel so welcome from the start. They even left a handwritten note for me and my girlfriend, which meant a lot. The house was absolutely spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed and more. They even offered us dinner — something we never expected but deeply appreciated. Their dog Max was the sweetest, most comforting presence and really made the house feel like home. The backyard was beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. Every detail of this stay showed how much the hosts care about their guests. If I could give a 10/5 star review, I absolutely would. We’ll definitely be coming back — and we’re already recommending this place to everyone we know. Thank you for such a thoughtful and unforgettable stay!

Very nice property, matched our needs perfectly. Clean, tidy, warm and charming. Equipped with everything you could want. Secure, safe. Our 2 little dachsies loved the back yard. They felty welcome. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences ever. The host was very responsive, and the place is even nicer than the photos. For our group, we found the spaces perfect for visiting day and night. We especially loved the outdoor space with covered seating and lots of it. The kitchen had everything you would ever want. Even had condiments and every appliance imaginable. The huge fridge was great. The beds were comfortable, and the two bedrooms w en-suite baths made it very nice. I only wish we had more time to spend at the house. We really enjoyed our time there and would book it again in a heartbeat. Close to great shopping and dining. Thanks, Carla, for creating such a great home and for sharing it with others!

I can honestly say, this is my favorite Airbnb I have ever had the opportunity to stay at! I was initially on the fence about booking and reached out to the very responsive owners. We decided to book and I could not be happier. We rented this lovely home over Memorial Day weekend for a volleyball tournament we had in town. It was about 20 minutes away, but very easy to navigate. There are tons of restaurants and nearby shopping within minutes. The home itself is immaculately, clean and unbelievably comfortable . Right when we walked in, there was a few board games and a little play kitchen and my daughter (who is 6) just loved it!!! The outdoor space of the home is magical. It is so comfortable and truly beautiful. We spent so much time in the backyard as a family and it was really amazing. Definitely underestimated how much I would adore the massage chair here! So refreshing after sitting on bleachers all day! HIGHLY recommend this beautiful property!

Beautiful home well maintained, you can tell they love it and want others to enjoy it as well. Anastasia and her husband were both available if needed and took care of any small items that came up immediately. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again if planning another trip out that way ♥️

The overall stay was good, but the linens and towels were few. The kitchen had all the utensils needed to prepare a meal. however, the washer had an issue, there were a loud clicking sound when in use. also there was a strange smell downstairs, we figured it was something in the locked closet. finally, the wreath on the front door has a bird's nest in there, so when opening the door one night the bird flew into the front bathroom, we were able to get it out very quickly. someone should take care of that, don't want the little bird to get hurt.

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. Directions to the lockbox were specific, the penthouse was very clean and welcoming. The location is within walking distance to many great restaurants. Our welcome book from the host, Douglas was super helpful. We would absolutely stay there again the next time we’re in town. Thank you Douglas for being such a gracious host!

Robyn is a great host, she was proactive and always very responsive. The home is very well equipped and clean. The openness via the patio doors in each room was all the fresh air we needed, there was rarely a need for the a/c. The area itself is very centrally located, with events for the public held at least a few times a week that are within walking distance. We would definitely return when visiting the area again.

Stayed here while my Mom went in for major surgery at Kaiser Morse. Perfect location for our base only 6-8 minutes away. We were able to visit 3 times a day and weren’t exhausted from commuting an hour + one way. Secure parking spots.

Simply astonished by the quality and beauty of this property! Mike & Beth were very accommodating, allowed us to book in advance so that we could establish our travel plans without worry. The apartment was phenomenal, brand new appliances and furnishings, comfortable beds, immaculate restroom and kitchen. Plenty of storage space and linens, the location was perfect for DOCO/Golden 1 access, and we felt incredibly safe accessing the property and walking around late into the evening! The balcony is gorgeous, perfect view of the city and the Capitol building. Thank you so much for a reliable, comfortable travel experience. 10/10!!!

I loved my stay at Susan’s! Was very easy to locate and get inside. Susan was responsive and the description of the stay was accurate. Great location with a trail running behind it.
