Juans place was a perfect walking distance to the old town, the central market, restaurants and shopping. We only used our car for day trips. There were goodies left for our arrival, which were a nice treat! The place was spotless and each room had its own heat/AC control. We would highly recommend the location.

I had a wonderful stay at this duplex! Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, well-organized, and comfortable. The apartment was spotless, and it had all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The host was very responsive, answering all my questions quickly and clearly. Check-in was smooth, and the instructions for everything were easy to follow. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the bathroom modern and clean. The location was also great—central but quiet, with shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, a perfect stay, and I would definitely book again!

It was a very comfortable apartment. It is also very well prepared for the cold with the heating. The service was unbeatable and Inés recommended a bar in the area to me for very good tapas. Thank you so much for making such a well-kept apartment available to me.

We loved Isabel's place! The rooftop deck is very special and has amazing views. The space was great for remote work with multiple people because there are many different rooms to work from. Isabel had great communication. I hope to stay here again!

Communication with Matilde has been very good, she is super attentive so we can enjoy the beautiful city of Jaén. The apartment is very nice, bright and clean, super well located, very central, with all the amenities you need to feel at home. A stone's throw from the majestic Cathedral In Easter, all the processions pass around and even in front of the floor Parking is indispensable if you come by car due to lack of street parking. You can eat and tapear super well and everything is very close We marched with the desire to come back. Definitely recommend

Very nice place. Everything is very clean, tidy and very tastefully decorated. Very well equipped, with all the comforts to spend a fantastic stay. Very good location for sightseeing in Baeza, Úbeda and Jaén. You can go to see Cordoba, as it is about 145 km away. Very important, pets are allowed. We'll be back!!!

Ana’s apartment is just a few steps away from the cathedral. We were in Jaén for Semana Santa, and Ana was very generous, informative, and flexible with our check-in as the processions impacted our arrival. Her unit is super clean and is well-supplied with bathroom towels, nice dishes, glasses, mugs and a great coffee espresso maker. The unit is on a pedestrian-only street with shops and restaurants. Some of the Holy Week processions passed along our street, so we were able to view them from the windows. That was awesome. The unit has a good amount of space, and we slept very well in the comfortable queen bed. We look forward to staying here again when we return to Jaén.

In the run-up, communication with Sol was just excellent. The coordination until check-in went smoothly. We got to know Sol as a friendly and cheerful hostess and immediately felt at home in her beautiful apartment. We especially liked the large and tastefully furnished kitchen. The rest of the apartment also left nothing to be desired. We were able to park the car in a secure area in the courtyard of the residential complex. Access to the parking lot through the narrow gate is a bit tricky, but with folded side mirrors it worked out. All in all, a highly recommended place to stay. Thank you!

We loved it all about Jaén. Beautiful clean, quiet and very well located apartment for an immersion with the welcoming and warm locals. You can get everywhere on foot ( grocery stores, cafes, bars and restaurants). Very well equipped for cooking, comfortable bed. The natural parks in the Jaén area are beautiful. The hotel is responsive and friendly. We highly recommend it.

I got a full apartment, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a salon and a kitchen. My bike could be safely in the hallway. Everything is neat and clean. The aunt let me check in, only spoke Spanish but I understood her well...I immediately felt comfortable with her. In the evening, Ana's mother spoke to me on the street to ask if everything was okay. A quiet village.

We loved our stay at Eli’s place. The river runs right by the back of the house and we had a lovely walk one afternoon. The town is small and peaceful, with friendly inhabitants. The house was clean and tastefully decorated. Eli communicated well so we knew what to do when we arrived, but in the end she actually met us to let us in.

the room is wonderful. I personally loved it, the only downside was that the TV didn't work well, it charged very slow and you couldn't watch netflix. Otherwise the super nice room, the amazing bathroom with the LED lights and the jacuzzi and the treatment was super nice. Thank you very much!!
