Beautiful cottage with a sublime pool and a very nice garden in a bucolic environment. The bedding is really very pleasant with its very fine cotton sheets and towels too. Everything is very very clean. The surrounding countryside is breathtaking. The small town of Mirepoix right next door is very nice. Huge market on Mondays. And there's an equestrian show in Viviès next door on Sunday evenings in summer that's worth it…

We have just returned from 2 weeks here and we had a fantastic time! Iain is so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! The house is ideal and perfectly matches the description! We had two dogs and the fully enclosed garden meant we could fully relax. We had a few days where we were unlucky with the weather so the heated pool was ideal and Iain was kind enough to make it slightly warmer for us! The house is so close to everywhere but still feels so private and quiet. We loved having the peace, but yet having everything we needed on the door step. We’d return in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay at this stunning villa. It is set on a hillside overlooking the village and with wonderful views across the valley to the pyrenees beyond (although the winds in September made it feel a bit colder than the actual temperature was). The accommodation was super spacious with 3 double bedrooms (1 with ensuite), a comfy open-plan lounge, separate dining area and kitchen area. Outside is an unheated swimming pool, terrace area and covered (pergola) seating area with outside dining as well as a large gravelled parking area. The town of Lagrasse is beautiful and typically french, with several restaurants and pavement cafes as well as some small gift shops and patisserie. It is approx 45 minutes drive from Carcassonne. The overall feel is of a relaxed and peaceful holiday destination and an ideal place for unwinding with friends over a bottle or two of wine. Thanks Graham & Jeanne, we loved it

The gite -- spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated -- was lovely and everything was at least as good as we had hoped for. The hosts are really friendly, helpful and ready with good advice about what to do locally. Before our arrival, they were quick to respond to queries. A really peaceful place.

We had a beautiful family stay at Eric's house. The house is very comfortable, and has everything you need (and more) for the stay. Surrounded by a lot of green and tranquility, if you're looking to disconnect this place is for you! We had a great Easter time with my friends and children in this cottage. The park is beautiful and allows children and adults to enjoy the amenities (pétanque, swing, trampoline). The annex room, very large, allows you to eat together, to play billiards, darts, foosball, without disturbing those looking for calm. In short, the we were too pleasant.
