Such a perfect little spot for us on our way to San Jose. Loved the convenient location and ease of getting in and out. The house is super thoughtful and well designed with lots of light, nice kitchen and bath and a beautiful green space out back. Very peaceful at night and it felt very secure with the car behind a big gate. We will be back. Thank you! Recommended!

Uvita This place is stunning! It's up in the hills of the jungle and super quiet. This modern home was gorgeous and immaculate and had everything we needed. The art work and the attention to detail was amazing! They left a bottle of wine, a beautiful fruit basket, homemade ravioli and complimentary T-shirts, wow and thank you! All the glass windows constantly remind you that you are in the jungle and to slow down, what an amazing space! The owner and hosts are super friendly and responsive and a pleasure to work with. Our trip was cut a little short and hope I get an opportunity to come back and soak it all in.

We loved staying here, the house is very comfortable, close to markets and town, yet tucked away on a private street with a path to beautiful quiet beaches. The location was perfect and we loved to sit on the back deck and watching the wildlife around us, take a plunge in the pool, and walk to the beach. The perfect place to relax!

Beautiful secluded location near popular beaches and restaurants. Loved the design and layout of the home. We spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor living space, which includes a comfortable seating area and large table. Howler monkeys and agouti in the yard.

Our stay at Casa Balma was absolutely perfect. The location is ideal – just a 5 to 10-minute drive to everything: great surf spots, beautiful beaches, and the entrance to Cahuita National Park. Even just walking around the nearby streets, we spotted toucans, spider monkeys, and howler monkeys. And right in the yard, we were treated to the sight of stunning tropical birds – it truly felt like nature was all around us. The property is spotless and full of charm, with a peaceful, almost magical atmosphere that made it incredibly relaxing. What made our stay even more special were the hosts, Christine and Nicolas – they were more than perfect. Warm, generous, and always ready to help, they made us feel right at home from the very beginning. And we can’t forget Caipi, their sweet dog, who greeted us every day with endless joy and cuddles. Jessica really helped us out through a very difficult situation. After being double booked at another place, she got us in the next day extra early. She was super responsive and easily the best host I have dealt with yet. I strongly encourage staying here. Just as a word of advice, you 100% need to have 4x4 to get to this place. You may not need a full size SUV with 4x4, but anything helps.

We spent a lot of time trying to choose a spot for our week in Costa Rica. Our stay exceeded our expectations. It is a beautiful piece of paradise. So clean and open, surrounded by a large yard full of flora and fauna. So many lovely details went into the building of this airbnb. We loved the covered porch so much. Our hosts were beyond gracious. They answered questions and helped us navigate things like bike rentals. We felt so lucky to stay at Casa Corazon. The nearby beach was a beautiful feature too. Quick bike rides into Puerto Viejo were fun. We loved exploring spaces and places on foot, on bike, or by Tuk Tuks. We are so grateful!!

Great accomandation for digital nomads! The wifi is really good. The area is super quiet and chill & has plenty full of wildlife. You have everything you need nearby. I would recommend renting a bike for an extra smooth experience but you can also easily get around on foot. 10/10 would recommend! :)

Mariana’s place was great. She provided great instructions and was available if we needed. I will be staying here the next time I am in Puerto Viejo. If you are in Puerto Viejo you should definitely stay here.

Had a lovely stay at Ideal Living. Peaceful and private space for our 10-day trip. It was super clean, had everything we needed and Steve, our host, was highly communicative and friendly throughout. He even brought us fresh fruit from his farm, including fresh coconuts and prepared some fresh ceviche too. 5/5 stay!

Marlene went above and beyond during our stay. If I come back to Uvita, I am definitely going to come back to this place!
