Very simple room, the lady who welcomed us was adorable and communication with Wiliam was very easy! He even helps you organize your days in Tortuguero! Well located hotel with direct access to the beach, we had a beautiful sunrise!

Silvia does a really good job as the Internet Host, and her parents Gerardo and Vera are very kind in-house hosts. When I had trouble with the lockbox, Gerardo came to the local corner restaurant and drove me and my luggage back to the house. I was offered a room change to a room that directly overlooked the beautiful courtyard garden at the home. Hummingbirds and butterflies come regularly to this impressive garden, the flowers and plants are very big and beautiful. Vera was very helpful showing me how to use the washing machine, as well as offering to make me food. The outdoor kitchen there is very large and well-equipped with appliances and dishes. A very nice place with kindly hosts.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at your guest house. It is in a great location being so close to the beach and also to the National Park. It is in a quiet location where you can sit in hammocks and listen to the sounds of nature, whilst also being easy to walk to the centre for tours or food. We had monkeys, toucans and macaws in the garden which was very special. Thank you for being such kind and welcoming hosts, we would definitely return here again.

What a very nice location to stay at. We are experienced Airbnb people. And sometimes you'll find a gem. We were José and Sylvia's 2nd guests. Their enthusiasm to make us happy was exceptional. The room itself is quite small..but their welcome in their own house and great garden compensates for everything. We got a delicious Costa Rican breakfast. And we even dined with them! Now that will definitely not be done by default..but what we enjoyed. In short..highly recommended to visit them!

Great stay in this small, well appointed studio! We enjoyed the pool! Easy walking distance to several restaurants and Marino Ballena National Park, very friendly host!

We arrived and felt like friends. They cooked New Year's Eve for us and we celebrated together with their friends and we had a very nice time together, like with us with friends. Nevertheless, our privacy was appreciated in the back of the house, in the middle of a tropical garden. We will stay in touch and hopefully see each other again one day. Thank you dear Tita and dear Carlo for our lovely stay!

Heike was a super great host, very good conversationalist, one if the very best host in the last 68 countries I stayed in Airbnb accommodations. Jimmy, her significant other, although I didn't have a chance to meet him, must be a super great guy too, after all anyone who loves to fish must be nothing less than great A friendly recommendation: please fix the tap at the bathroom sink as the water pressure is extremely little there, and the electrical breaker for the hot water keeps tripping off, it's also worth to look at sometime in the near future. I HIGHLY recommend Heike's place, it was great to stay there!

Beautiful cottage in the middle of the jungle! Lots of animals everywhere. We especially enjoyed the outdoor kitchen where we had breakfast with hummingbirds every day.

Great lodging. It was very clean and tidy. The air conditioning worked great It is very good to sleep at ease. In case of walking, if you have to walk about 15 minutes from the main track, but overall it was very good

if you are staying gin Limón, then you should stay at Wilfred's place. He was EXTREMELY helpful from ensuring I knew where the supermarket is, to taking me to the organic farmer's market, to joining me on a boat tour of Tortuguero, to taking me and another quest to all the beaches so we knew where they were. Wifred's girlfriend, Wilfred, and I enjoyed hours of conversation and my invite. He was more than willing to let me be as well. There is zero doubt I'll say at his property of I visit Limòn again. The rooms were spotless, comes with fresh linen and the cool breeze of an oscillating fan. The restroom. was exactly as pictured and super clean as well. What the listing doesn't show is the fully-stocked kitchen with pots and pans, a microwave, 2-burner gas stove, plates, cups, cutlery, and a refrigerator with freezer. You'll share the kitchen with other guests, so clean up after yourself. oh, and there is Costa Rican coffee grounds and a filter and coffee pot for brewing. A+ stay!

A wonderful house with a beautiful garden and common spaces. Perfect for our one night stay in San Isidro, and many others were there for longer stays. Thank you for your hospitality Pepo!

Collette was a lovely host. We came from a music festival and caught her a bit off guard with. We shared lots of love and wisdom with each other. Beautiful property. Peaceful and rejuvenating. Had trouble adding and paying for an additional night during excessive wifi problems on the property.

Randall is a very kind and nice Person, he is specialist in many tours, such as Waterfall etc.... The place is very nice, has a kitchen, bathroom, living room a great outdoors patio, where you can see all kind of birds, very spezial. We can highly recommend to stay here. Thanks Randall for your kindness, we will be back 😉

I liked the apartment, very quiet place, I was able to rest, nearby there are restaurants,shops, supermarkets, Doña Xinia, a very quality lady, attentive, she had what I needed, very happy and comfortable with the place.

I felt very comfortable with Maria. She's a great hostess. The room is clean and has air conditioning. The area is safe, but you have to go uphill 20 minutes from the center, which I personally didn't mind. I would recommend it to anyone
