In the heart of the Périgord Limousin Regional Natural Park, 30 minutes from Limoges: at the exit of the village, past the stone bridge, the alley of old trees welcomes you in a bath of greenery. The wooded land on 6 ha is nestled in a meander of the small river, the Gorre. The mill is located along the head race; a bamboo grove softens the northern flank while to the south, the terrace of the cottage overlooks the edge of the woods. The facade mirrors the old dwelling house and the ruined barn.

It is clean and comfortable with it's own exclusive jacuzzi and decking with views of the lake. In the countryside on the border of the Haute Vienne and Charente regions, off the beaten track yet near to amenities such as local bar, a short drive to the Charente Leisure lakes with beaches and restaurants. Rochechouart has a choice of supermarkets and a Chateau.

Les Moulins is primarily a carp fishing venue. Most of our guests come for that reason. If you are interested in doing any fishing please let us know. We rent the apartment out in between fishing guests.

I rent my fully equipped mobile home with air conditioner that can accommodate 6 people there are 2 bedrooms plus a sofa bed. There's also an outdoor seating area with deckchairs and a parasol. It is located in front of my pond and my fields where there are my horses. The place is quiet, soothing and facing south ideal for people who love nature. Possibility to rent a charcoal barbecue (see photo for rates). Sheets and towels are not provided.
