Vacation rentals with breakfast in Limoges

This cottage is quite comfortable , well-equipped, in a peaceful environment Annick was always available to answer our questions before our arrival and welcomed us in a very friendly way

We had an excellent stay, Olivier responded quickly to all our queries and provided recommendations for places to eat. The continental breakfast was wonderful.

We stayed at the farmhouse near the lake Vassivière for 2 weeks . In total we were 2 couples with 2 children each and 8 in total. We had a truly wonderful and glorious summer holiday..The farmhouse is located in a small hamlet of 4 houses at the end of a no through road. It was safe for the children to cycle and explore as there was no traffic except for the postman. The house is lovely and rustic but both very cosy and comfortable with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. On the 2nd floor there is a huge attic space with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. My family stayed there and my friends with their 2 children on the the floor below which had 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Lake Vassivière is a 10 minute drive and is a huge unspoilt beautiful lake. It's perfect for swimming, boating, windsurfing, fishing etc. Some days we went to the main beaches while other days we found our own secluded spots. We spent a lot of the holiday walking in the gorgeous unspoilt countryside, cycling along off road tracks or more often than not relaxing on the many beaches at the lake .There is a fully off road cycle track around the lake or a long walk! The house and location is perfect for nature lovers There is no wifi so we were pleased to get the children away from their gadgets for their holiday so they spent their time playing in the large garden or making camps. The owner Chris was easy to contact for advice and there were a selection of bikes, games & table tennis available etc. The best restaurant is in Royère-de-Vassivière ( 5 minutes from the lake & called L'Atelier) - it has excellent food, a small shop, a bar and bar games (there is wifi if you need it!). There are numerous other snack bars and restaurants based around the lake which are all good and inexpensive. It was the most relaxing holiday we have had for years but most important all 4 children had a really fantastic time and want to come back next year.

a quiet stay in a very functional and friendly house, the bedding is pleasant and the premises are soothing, we did not have the opportunity to interact with Martine too much but the welcome is appropriate and the discretion remains pleasant, I recommend this listing!!!

Delighted with this stay in Limoges. The apartment is comfortable, modern and pleasant. The residence is secure and quiet, and allows access to the city center on foot. Underground parking space which is also convenient! I would highly recommend:)

Annick and Patrick are amazing hosts? They are helpful and friendly and speak several languages. When we stayed with them they took us and several of the other guests to an outdoor food festival, which was great and then after that we walked around the lake and saw a live band and had plenty of singing and dancing. They are very knowledgeable about their home country and eager to impart their knowledge. You cannot go wrong staying at Tartou with this couple and the fabulous views over the countryside.

Very well received, and always at the service when needed. Everything was impeccable, no complaints. Recommended

The apartment is bright, well-equipped, spacious with real volumes, we really have room to spend an evening The bed in the bedroom is very good. Foosball is popular with children as well as TV Impeccable for couple with kids The area is close to the train station, you can hear the trains a little but it's not too annoying

Lou and Aisha respond very quickly. the accommodation if located in a quiet area near the city center. it's very functional and with great brightness. i recommend it.

Herve gave me a very warm welcome and was extremely kind, helpful and flexible. He explained everything I needed to know about the place clearly. It was very clean and bright. The location is fantastic, being very close to the centre of the town and also provides easy access to buses. I would happily stay at Herve's place again.

The estate of Mireille and Henry is located in a beautiful region, you become a chatelain for a night and Mireille tells with delight the family history. They also offer very good homemade products. This is a good place to stay to visit the surroundings!
