Monthly Rentals in Lima

Very bright and spacious accommodation ideal for one or two people, very secure, the doormen were lovely. Bibiana was an attentive, responsive and very kind hostess. I recommend this listing.

I spent the month of January at Sussy and Gustavo's 22nd floor apartment. It was one of my best Airbnb stays (now over 100). The views out the large windows (can be opened to get the nice breezes in) were incredible. The location, within a few feet of the border of Barranco and Miraflores, allowed easy walking to both beautiful neighborhoods. The apartment is extremely well appointed and very comfortable. You are in the heart of Lima (metropolitan city of 10M population) so you hear city noise but I quickly adapted to it and found it part of the great experience. The sandy beach at Chorrillo's (just to the south side of Barranco and easy walking) was very nice. This was my first trip to Lima (and Peru), but I told Gustavo I would be back a few more times this year. I hope his apartment is available when I come back because I don't think one could find a nicer apartment in the immediate area. By the way, a nice market is right next door, and a large Metro is nearby as well.

Rocio was always super attentive and present. The apartment is in great condition and in a quiet area. I highly recommend it!
