Our accommodation requirements have been perfectly resolved. You have a separate entrance and even a fully stocked kitchen for guests only. They are very kind and the facilities are impeccable. It is ideal if you are traveling, like us, by studio as it is very close to the main universities.

I recommend this place, everything that appears in the advertising is real , Magaly took care of all my queries in a quick and friendly way. The admin is very friendly and helpful. He is always attentive to the needs of the guests. The people with whom I share the accommodation were kind, desente and cordial. I felt right at home.

Everything was great, Claudia and her mom were very kind. If there was anything, I would write to him and he would respond quickly. Flexible in terms of schedules. And as for the place, I felt very calm and free. A very quiet area, the park in front is very nice.

I had a comfortable experience. The house is very quiet and spacious, and the room was tidy , clean and ideal to stay comfortable. The host Felipe attended me very kindly, attentive to what he required. The other guests very quiet and polite, there is quite privacy. I stayed with my dog and it was an ideal place for him because I had a medium patio with a garden. I would stay there again.
