Zach’s place is wonderful, but if you bring pets be aware that the backyard does not have grass, so your pet will bring in sticks, bark, and other tree - shedded items. They’re almost completely impossible to sweep out every day. Despite that, it a comfortable place to stay, so, it is still a great Airbnb.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The neighborhood was peaceful, safe, and conveniently located near various attractions in Raleigh. I highly recommend booking here—it was ideal for our small group. We also really appreciated the variety of coffee and tea available at the coffee bar, especially after our late nights at Dreamville.

The trail leading the way was only a short few steps away until you got to the cottage, where we were especially excited about the front porch and outside seating area. We were able to eat multiple meals outside and enjoy the sounds of lots of wildlife. We were pleasantly surprised to see the living room looked even bigger than the photos and the bathroom was a beautiful touch. There was also lots of cleaning supplies, which is always appreciated. The cottage had a welcoming, homey feel. Keep in mind the cottage is right behind the main house and very in the open, if you are a stickler for privacy or an introvert this might not be best for you.

A welcoming front porch is featured with black railings and a decorative front door. Two small topiaries are placed symmetrically on either side of the entrance. Sunlight filters through the nearby trees, enhancing the inviting atmosphere of the entrance.

Great space with lots of fun activities. The yard was a great size and we loved relaxing on the warm astroturf in the mornings. Loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, from a blender to a toaster to a pizza cutter. Beds were comfy, too!

Natalie was the perfect host from the beginning to the end. She responded quickly to any concerns or questions we had. The location was in a quiet and rural area, but close and convenient to shopping and dining facilities. The house itself was clean and comfortable, with all needed amenities provided. The game room and large back yard were bonuses for when the grandchildren visited. We highly recommend Natalie’s place and look forward to returning! We came into town for a hockey game at Lenovo Center and were pleased to find how close we were to the arena! It's not a super walkable area, but is a super easy and quick drive. Shannon gave us detailed and helpful instructions with photos on how to access the parking spot and get into the house, which was great. We were also granted early check in, which was an awesome surprise! The apartment itself is beautiful! Perfectly decorated, comfortable, modern, and clean. It is bright and airy, with live plants and a spacious shower. There was even fresh coffee and a filter already waiting in the pot for us! Such a thoughtful detail. The HVAC and multiple ceiling fans made for a comfortable climate. The space felt private, as it is fully detached from the house and above the garage. The parking space is in the drive immediately below, so a convenient spot for unloading bags. We would definitely choose Shannon's place again on our next Raleigh trip! Much better than a hotel!

We stayed there for 28 days, because of we open our New showroom at Goldsboro as a Regency Furniture. Home was very clean and peaceful, harmonious area and close with everything (shopping canter etc…) thank you 💐💐

The condo is darling and we appreciated all the little extras--tissue boxes in every space, throw blankets, and coffee. There was an issue with the air conditioner the first night but Erin and Jackie responded immediately and had everything fixed by the time we returned from golfing. The condo overlooks the golf course and has a lovely balcony. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Pinehurst!
