The sectional couch is a great place for the kids to sleep, as well there is an air mattress available upon request. Our apartment is upstairs and therefore hosts a beautiful deck to sit and enjoy the country quiet as well as a downstairs patio complete with lights and a gas grill. Trailer parking is available for local Equine events
