Vacation rentals with a balcony in Ligurian Sea

Ik had het appartement de hele maand mei gehuurd, temperatuur in Sanremo is dan perfect. Het appartement is super schoon en ziet er prachtig uit net als op de foto's. Alles is aanwezig, voelde mij echt thuis. Het ligt midden in het centrum, erg handig want alles is op loopafstand oa gezellige restaurantjes en de zee. Martina van het makelaarskantoor had vlakbij een parkeergarage geregeld voor mijn auto, heel erg lief. Ik kan het appartement zeker aanbevelen, ook voor langere periodes.

L'appartement est très agréable et confortable, très bien équipé et fonctionnel, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil, l'excellente communication et la gentillesse de nos hôtes qui ont été très arrangeants pour notre arrivée et pour notre départ, un grand Merci à Hélène et à Jérôme pour tout, nous avons hâte de revenir :)

Outstanding experience. First of all, Luca (landlord) is extremely responsive and always ready to support. Thanks again ! Apartment (1st floor) is clean, perfectly furnished and spacious, as described by unit description. Private (covered) parking right next to the building is a great asset. Location: 5 mins walking from Marina di Campo's city center and beaches, local shops and Conad/Coop supermarkets. Perfect base to start visits to all the main Elba's attractions.

By far one of the nicest, if not THE nicest, Airbnb's we have ever stayed in. The place is beautiful, clean and in a wonderful location. Francesca is extremely pleasant and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back. For note, parking is not in the building and you will need to find street parking - some is free, most is paid (in blue lines).

Die Wohnung ist sehr nahe am Meer gelegen, man sieht zwischen den Bäumen hindurch unten an den kleinen, familiären Strand. Die Wohnung ist funktional, sauber und mit einer grossen Küche ausgestattet. Von aussen führt eine recht lange Treppe zum Wohnungs-Eingang, diese war nachts leider unbeleuchtet; dies könnte man noch verbessern. Schön ist, dass sich die Dorfbäckerei mit dem freundlichen Kaffee gleich unten im Haus befindet; für deinen leckeren Morgenkaffee mit Croissant muss man also nur aus dem Bett fallen ;). Die Wohnung liegt zwar direkt an der Küstenstrasse; zumindest während unserem Besuch im Oktober hat man davon aber nichts mitbekommen. Die Vermieteragentur ist per Messenger gut erreichbar und war sehr freundlich.

Abbiamo passato una settimana meravigliosa. La casa era esattamente come descritta nella foto. Ciò che ci è piaciuto di più è stata la posizione della casa, a soli 5 minuti dal mare, inserita in un contesto verde, la bellissima vista dalla terrazza, e la pulizia e presenza di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno senza pensieri.

Casa curata e confortevole con vista eccezionale sul golfo stella. Ottimo il servizio di assistenza La consigliamo noi ci torneremo sicuramente!

Excellent gite, les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très sympas, la vue sur la mer est mieux que sur les photos, l'endroit bénéficie d'un micro-climat d’où ce paradis de végétation verdoyante avec le chant des oiseaux . Beaucoup de choses à voir dans la région. Grand merci à Mauro ( qui parle bien français) ainsi qu'à sa femme , à Luca et à David. GRAZIE MILLE. On espère revenir car on a encore beaucoup a voir. Villa bellissima, pulita e ben tenuta. Provvista di tutto. Area verde esterna e piscina molto belli e ben organizzati. Ottima soluzione per chi vuole passare del tempo con amici e famiglia nel massimo relax e privacy. Proprietari gentilissimi, disponibili e simpatici. Consigliatissimo.

Wir hatten wirklich einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns unglaublich herzlich empfangen und uns gleich einen ganzen Plan aufgezeichnet, für Unternehmungen und Geheimtipps. Die Küche ist wirklich TOP ausgestattet. Einziges kleines Manko, die Matratzen sind leider sehr durchgelegen und man sollte viel lüften, da es im unteren Zimmer durch die Dusche sehr feucht ist. Dennoch ist diese Unterkunft SEHR zu empfehlen !! Es war toll

Superbe petite maison à 2 minutes de la mer à pied. Commerces accessibles juste à côté. Hôtel très arrangeant pour l'arrivée et le départ.

Lovely big house with massive secure gardens. We were here in October for a family wedding and the weather was mixed. This meant we weren’t able to fully appreciate the pool but we certainly enjoyed using the wood-fired pizza oven and the roaring fire at night! Sara was very kind and helpful and she responded promptly when we had any enquiries. We had very young children with us and there wasn’t a huge amount for them to do, given the poor weather (but that was not the fault of the accommodation!!) We would definitely consider returning in the summer!! The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of linen and towels. The kitchen was well equipped. In the wet weather, we enjoyed a visit to McAurthur Glen retail outlet. We also visited Gavi Fort and Varese, which was beautiful. I would recommend that you need a car for this area. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft. Alles war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Ausblick ist einzigartig. Vorallem mit Kleinkind haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da das Haus fernab vom Verkehr liegt und jede Menge Platz zum Spielen im Freien vorhanden war.

We have stayed at many places throughout Europe, Japan and N. America -- this location and home was by far the very best of them all! The layout of the apartment made it very conducive to feeling spacious for my partner and I and felt very cozy from the beginning! The available amenities such as the washer/dryer, hair dryer, TV, etc. were all high end appliances and very much appreciated. We especially liked how our host took their time in explaining the operation of the TV and washer - both clearly needed after a long day of sightseeing in this beautiful city! The location was perfect! We look forward to returning to this home in the future!

Appartamento bello comodo e funzionale

Casa come da descrizione, cento di Capoliveri vicinissimo ma allo stesso tempo zona tranquilla e silenziosa, contraddistinta da una serie di villette. Le prime spiagge sono facilmente raggiungibili in pochi minuti. La casa ha un bello spazio esterno, una cucina grande con tutto il necessario, camere spaziose e con armadi grandi. Lo consiglio davvero, unica pecca se devo dirlo è il costo delle pulizie, un po' alto rispetto alla media.

Modern eingerichtete und saubere 2-Zimmer-Loft mit einer großzügigen Terrasse. Diese ist mit zwei Liegestühlen, einem Tisch mit vier Stühlen und einer gemütlichen Lounge ausgestattet – perfekt für zwei Personen, um sich wohlzufühlen. Die Wohnung ist leicht zu finden, jedoch erfordert die Anfahrt etwas fahrerisches Geschick, da die letzten 50 Meter über eine Naturstraße führen. Das Zentrum von Capoliveri ist in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Nachbarschaft sind häufig Hunde anzutreffen, die tagsüber und teilweise auch nachts draußen sind und sich entsprechend bemerkbar machen. Für tierliebende Gäste dürfte das kein großes Problem sein, aber es ist gut, das im Voraus zu wissen, falls man absolute Ruhe bevorzugt.

We had a great stay in La Spezia! Andrea’s apartment is perfectly located, near to the main shops and restaurants in the town and very close to the harbour. The apartment was spotless - the bed linen and towels were beautifully clean. Everything was great - would definitely recommend!
