Guesthouse vacation rentals in Ligurian Sea

Very nice apartment, great base for visiting the Menton area. It is a little higher than the Riviera but by car it is a few minutes away. Sophie was very responsive and clear.

We really enjoyed our time at the Bastide de Barthélemy. From the courtyard entrance and the pool, you can enjoy wonderful views of the Provencal landscape. The garden is a small paradise and it is wonderful to sit on the shaded terrace under the lime tree. If you are looking for peace, you will find it here. You quickly get used to the ride on the narrow access road. Shopping and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes by car. The beautiful places of Provence and the Cote d'Azur are very easy to reach. Jean-Claude and Martine are very nice, helpful hosts. We would love to come back at any time.

We had a nice stay with Johanna and her family. The apartment is under the house and has its own entrance and terrace, a small but nice kitchen and nice shower. Very nice decor/decor! The terrace is wonderfully sunny until about 4 o'clock in the afternoon. There are beautiful hiking trails nearby and the jacuzzi is wonderful after a brisk walk!

We very much enjoyed our stay with Christine and Serge. The property is lovely, the pool is a treat on hot days, and the studio is comfortable. Saint-Jeannet is a lovely town and within a short drive to other towns for additional dinner, grocery options, etc. Being able to do laundry is also a plus! We would definitely stay again. Just a few little things to enhance the stay would be to provide further check-in guidance/welcome packet with things like wi-fi password, any house rules/guidance. The studio is also sparingly equipped, so we bought things like hand soap, oil for cooking, dish soap.

Cosy place with all the essentials and for a good price

Sille's place was located in a perfect location right in the middle of Old Nice. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do and see. The space was lovely and exactly what we needed at the end of our two week trip in France! I would definitely stay here again.

We had wonderful weeks at the property. It is just perfect and we immediately felt at home. Daniele is a wonderful host. We have rarely met such a likable and lovely person. The sea right outside the front door and the private pool are perfect. We often snorkeled right by the house or just relaxed. In Miomo there is a very delicious pizzeria, a tobacco shop with newspapers etc. and a beach approx. 5 minutes walk from the property. A small corner store is also right in the village and you get everything you need. We have absolutely nothing to complain about except that we had to leave. It was an exceptionally beautiful place and we hope to be able to return very soon. The trip to Corsica paired with the perfect place to stay was a dream. Thank you for everything! ☀️

Amazing place to stay inside the walled village! It was quiet and peaceful and it gives you a sense of what life is like in the village when most of the day vistors leave. Great restaurants and shops and views. We were a bit confused by the previous reviews that mentioned a second bedroom. It no longer has 2 bedrooms, just a king sized bed in the master bedroom and a queen sized sofabed. Our midsized car was pretty tight in some areas of the perimeter road. Thank you Sylvie, we definitely hope to stay again!

Everything was perfect! The apartment is beautiful, with an amazing view of the sea. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay very much, it's Alex and his wife (without forgetting Oscar). Hosts who are welcoming and easy to communicate with. The neighborhood is quiet and not far from Bastia. The mini villa available has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Very nice view of the mountains and beautiful pool available. We recommend and look forward to our next visit.

We felt very warmly welcomed and very cozy in the charming guest house. The garden is beautiful and the beach is unique. We received all the necessary help and assistance quickly. We are grateful and will definitely come back again.

The property is very suitable for families. It has a lot of space outside and a large pool. Geir and Anne live right next door and were able to offer answers & help with questions and concerns.

We really enjoyed staying at Eszter and Zoltan's place which is well equipped, clean and absolutely beautiful from the inside and outside. It is the perfect spot to deeply relax and enjoy the very diverse area surrounding the place. I can only recommend staying at this magnificent house with two perfect hosts and their dogs, very mindful of our privacy but always at help when we needed anything!

Apart from a few small adjustments (no microwave/non-functional terrace door/limestone showerhead/shutters +/-functional...) the welcome is nice (thank you for the pods;)) and the top bedding! The car location is a real plus and the peaceful place (except garden mornings😅). We'd love to come back!

This place is truly magical! The time in the guest house was filled with peace, relaxation, many great little moments and a lot to discover. Evelyne is a great hostess and you can feel her attention to detail in every corner. The guest house is the perfect starting point for a relaxing holiday on the Côte d'Azur. There's nothing missing! We will definitely come back again.

The studio is very comfortable and private and perfect for one or two guests. It’s a steep 15 minutes walk up to Mougins village. Not for the faint-hearted! Thomas is very helpful and friendly- he offered to drive me to pick up my car which was in storage and he also allowed me to stay on for a late checkout when I had a swim competition in the morning. He also came and sorted out the WiFi immediately (I had pulled out the plug!). The only negative is that when you sit outside you have continual background traffic noise from the busy road between Grasse and Cannes which is not too far away. That road allows great access however to many areas and the A8.

What a peaceful and pleasant stay at Agnès's! A real cocoon in a green setting. Agnes is a lovely host, her welcome is warm. The small house is functional, nothing is missing, privacy is preserved. The beautiful swimming pool is a major asset in good weather. We recommend a stay at Agnès' 200%!

I absolutely will be returning to Marie Françoise’s House, this was an excellent place to stay in Saint Martin Vesubie. Our hosts were so kind, and really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip. 10/10, highly highly recommend!

We stayed at Anne’s for 2 nights and got exactly what we expected and what the photos showed. Beautiful little apartment and was great base for our journeys into Monaco, Antibes and Cannes. Would highly recommend

It is very nicely located, above a swimming bay with wonderful views. The garden is a gem. The apartment and surroundings are very tastefully maintained and furnished. Only the TV didn't work - this during the three weeks we were there and of course during the Olympics in Paris. But this was just a little thing.

We had a very nice stay! The house has everything you need, the pool is great and we enjoyed having the dog around. Plenty of fun cities at driving distance so be sure to bring a car!

Very cozy authentic cottage in a very quiet location, a few minutes' drive from the local center and about 20 minutes' drive from Grasse. Cannes, Antibes, Nice… are all easily accessible by car. Everything is provided in the cottage and there is the possibility to use the swimming pool of the owners. The owner is a very friendly lady, she provides clear instructions about everything in and around the cottage and also gives many tips to do nearby. Definitely recommended!

Chrystelle is a warm and inviting host, and the home she has created is very special. You can feel her passion for nature and flowers all around. The property is breathtaking with astounding views everywhere you look. The home is spacious and very quiet, the kitchen is well stocked with equipment and there is ample space for long leisurely meals inside and out. The outdoor living space keeps you outside inhaling the fragrant herbs and flowers, watching the bees and if you're lucky getting close to her kitties. I'd love to return.
