Welcome to Ostana, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, located in the Po Valley in front of Monviso (3841 meters), the highest mountain in the Cottian Alps. The cabin is located at 1400 meters in the characteristic hamlet of Sant'Antonio di Ostana, away from mass tourist circuits. The cabin has a beautiful southwest exposure, and from its large terrace you can enjoy spectacular views of Monviso and the surrounding mountains. In the winter months, if you wish, you will be enveloped by the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace.

Detached house with large garden

Detached stone house, furnished with local traditional objects and family memories. The spaces are organized on two floors: below the dining room, the half bathroom, the kitchen and the living room with the fireplace; on the mezzanine floor, the small library with two comfortable armchairs; finally, above the bathroom with the shower, the double bedroom, the bedroom with bunk beds and finally the bedroom with single beds. The highlight of the house is the large garden overlooking the mountains.

Exclusive mountain cabin at 1000 m with a large garden, patio equipped for dining, barbecue, solarium and a hammock in the shade of a plum and a cherry tree. Unlimited WiFi. From here you will enjoy the view of the Marguareis massif, the Bisalta and follow hiking, mountain biking, and skiroll trails. Two parking spots are located on the edge of the garden with access from the main road. We are at the edge of the Marguareis Natural Park, managed by the Ente Aree Protette Alpi Marittime.

Bee&Bee - Stone Chalet - Relax in Nature

At the center of a large lawn on the edge of the woods, our house, an old chestnut dryer, was renovated in 2022 with local materials such as Langa stone and chestnut, integrating modern technologies, air conditioning, charging for electric cars and a gazebo where you can relax outdoors. Nearby there are beautiful routes for mountain biking and trekking, while in half an hour's drive you can reach the Ligurian Sea and the Langhe, with their famous landscapes, wines and cuisine.

The nest

Once called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's hut served as a kitchen and dining room. It was there that the milk was transformed into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbors ,and where social life was tied up.Tools,seeds, harvests ,were also stored in the arbec. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a sense of protection, peace, conducive to rest.

A quiet cabin in the hinterland of Nice

Charming trapper-style cabin among the trees in the cool and quiet, between my house and a trailer. You can wash the old-fashioned way with a bowl and a pitcher of water, or you have a cold outdoor shower with a water reserve behind the cabin. There is no kitchen in the cabin. Breakfast can be delivered in a basket to your cabin €6/pers and evening basket €15 per pers or dinner €24 on reservation, payment only in cash.
