A beautiful authentic loft apartment ( with lift) , very close to the Tower and next to the beautiful Botanic gardens. Very clean and good facilities. The host is so helpful and replies very quickly. Luca's apartment corresponds exactly to the title of his listing: breathtaking view of the tourist port of Savona, recently renovated. The apartment is very bright, well equipped and cared for even in the details. The city center and all the main attractions of Savona are within walking distance. The fact of having a parking space is priceless, given the scarcity of parking throughout the city. Luca is very helpful, kind and expansive. I highly recommend it

Everything is perfect. The apartment is in a strategic location for visiting all the attractions of the old port and the historic center. Michela is also super helpful for "tourist" tips, with the directions on the listing it was not a problem to find the apartment. Beautiful clean accommodation with all comforts. Excellent soundproofing, you can't hear anything from the street or from the neighbors. Highly recommended.

this is a beautifully presented apartment with everything you could need. the area is lovely and quiet but close to the centre. there are lots of shops, bars, and restaurants and a great play park by the coast. the hosts had great local recommendations and were super flexible around check-in and check-out

The apartment, in a perfect location right on the beach, is beautiful and very well equipped. For our family, my husband and our 11-year-old son, along with two small dogs, it was ideal. We also enjoyed the balcony and the large roof terrace with hot tub very much. The whole environment is very well maintained. The harbor, with a large gastronomic offer, can be reached on foot in just under 10 minutes. Kevin was a great host and we thank him for his support. We will be happy to come back!

We had an amazing time at this place! Our host met us when we arrived. We got in a bit earlier than check-in and were able to check in early. Our host gave us a walk-through of the place and showed us the tram nearby and the local grocery stores. We received several suggestions on things to do which was very helpful. We felt right at home. The Airbnb was perfect. It was a great size for us and the view was spectacular. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while in Nice. The location is great. It is a bit away from Old Nice but that is easily accessible by tram or bus. You can also walk the promenade and get anywhere with ease. This is a great spot to stay and we would definitely stay again!

"loft" really atypical, very welcoming, located on a street that overlooks a path, so little passage, really very quiet place. ideally located, 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from Bastia, you have everything nearby. We will recommend this place without hesitation. The exchanges were quick and clear. at the top!!

Air conditioner/air conditioning is cold and works well! Super important in Nice to have A/C. The apartment feels large with high ceilings and had good wifi/internet. Unbeatable location, within walking distance to old town and the Promenade Des Anglais. There is a Lime bike parking zone at the end of the block. Beautiful views of the port from the windows/balcony. I will definitely stay here again next time in Nice!

Beautiful, spacious apartment. Was well equipped - the kitchen had plenty of pans and utensils to cook a full meal. Dishwasher was a welcome extra. Speciality food and small grocery shops easily within walking distance. Wifi was fast and reliable. Small area to sit out on, overlooking the internal space of the surrounding apartments. Ideal to dry your laundry on if you had used the washing machine - airer provided. Perfectly placed in Lucca within the walls but in a quiet area - everything was easily walkable including the train station. We were met by Renzo, Carlo's father, who showed us how everything worked. Carlo responded promptly to any queries we had and was very understanding when I broke a wine glass. This feels much more like a beautiful home and not your typical Airbnb apartment. We would love to come back and stay again. Thank you Carlo and Renzo and once again many apologies for breaking the wine glass.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment and would happily give it 5 stars! The highlight for us was definitely the terrace, where we spent every evening relaxing and unwinding. The neighborhood is beautiful, with a supermarket that's open late every day, several good restaurants, and a small beach nearby. Check-in was smooth and without any issues.A couple of minor points for improvement: the cushions on the terrace could use a refresh, as they left some fibers on our clothes, and we had a bit of trouble with getting hot water, though that could just be us. Overall, these are small things that could make the stay even better. We loved our time here!

Top service, the host, some hotel could take an example. The apartment was very well equipped and above all everything was very clean. The driveway was narrow but a VW T-Roc goes through when you fold the mirrors. We were very satisfied with everything and would take the apartment again immediately.

A fantastic apartment. We absolutely loved it - the area was like a little village within a city. The terrace is as good as it looks on the pictures: views of San Martino, flowers, herbs and tiled rooftops all around. The mezzanine lounge was ideal for the kids to hang out. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need. And Marta was super-helpful at check-in! Brilliant place.

Thank you so much, Tanja! You were an incredibly welcoming and helpful host. I loved the apartment’s central location it was so convenient to walk everywhere from there. The only thing I’d note is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor, and the building doesn’t have a lift due to its age, but that didn’t take away from the overall experience. Everything else was fantastic, and I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks again for being such a wonderful host!

We had a lovely time at Alexandre’s place. The location was great, close to the port and bus station, easy to access many restaurants and bakeries in Nice. Alexandre was very helpful giving us recommendations. Would definitely recommend staying there☺️

Absolutely a gem! Location & views worth every penny. We loved our time in Nice and half of that was because of this beautiful Airbnb. Waking up every morning to that view and having Glass of wine after a long day of adventures on the balcony was the best. Only takes 20 minutes stroll and you’re in the old town. Tram from airport door to door 30 minutes. Grocery store, amazing pizza, Boulangerie , tram & bus stop all within few minutes walk. Responsive off host was excellent. Anything we needed was taken care of. Dint hesitate to book.
