Vacation rentals with a balcony in Ligurian Sea

This is a very comfortable, clean and well appointed apartment. It is spacious and very conveniently located. We really felt at home and enjoyed our stay very much. Martina was always responsive and helpful too!

Outstanding experience. First of all, Luca (landlord) is extremely responsive and always ready to support. Thanks again ! Apartment (1st floor) is clean, perfectly furnished and spacious, as described by unit description. Private (covered) parking right next to the building is a great asset. Location: 5 mins walking from Marina di Campo's city center and beaches, local shops and Conad/Coop supermarkets. Perfect base to start visits to all the main Elba's attractions.

By far one of the nicest, if not THE nicest, Airbnb's we have ever stayed in. The place is beautiful, clean and in a wonderful location. Francesca is extremely pleasant and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back. For note, parking is not in the building and you will need to find street parking - some is free, most is paid (in blue lines).

We had a wonderful week. The house was exactly as described in the photo. What we liked most was the location of the house, just 5 minutes from the sea, set in a green setting, the beautiful view from the terrace, and the cleanliness and presence of everything you need for a carefree stay.

Excellent cottage, the owners are very welcoming and very nice, the sea view is better than in the photos, the place benefits from a micro-climate hence this green vegetation paradise with birdsong . Beautiful, clean and well-maintained villa. Equipped with everything. Very nice and well organized outdoor green area and swimming pool. A great solution for those who want to spend time with friends and family in maximum relaxation and privacy. Very kind, helpful and nice owners. Highly recommended.

We really had a wonderful stay. The host welcomed us incredibly warmly and immediately recorded an entire plan for things to do and hidden gems. The kitchen is really WELL equipped. The only small drawback, the mattresses are unfortunately very saggy and you should ventilate a lot, as it is very humid in the lower room due to the shower. Still, this place is HIGHLY recommended !! It was great

Lovely big house with massive secure gardens. We were here in October for a family wedding and the weather was mixed. This meant we weren’t able to fully appreciate the pool but we certainly enjoyed using the wood-fired pizza oven and the roaring fire at night! Sara was very kind and helpful and she responded promptly when we had any enquiries. We had very young children with us and there wasn’t a huge amount for them to do, given the poor weather (but that was not the fault of the accommodation!!) We would definitely consider returning in the summer!! The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of linen and towels. The kitchen was well equipped. In the wet weather, we enjoyed a visit to McAurthur Glen retail outlet. We also visited Gavi Fort and Varese, which was beautiful. I would recommend that you need a car for this area. We had a great week at the place. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. The view is unparalleled. Especially with a toddler, we felt very comfortable, as the house is away from traffic and there was plenty of space to play outdoors.

We have stayed at many places throughout Europe, Japan and N. America -- this location and home was by far the very best of them all! The layout of the apartment made it very conducive to feeling spacious for my partner and I and felt very cozy from the beginning! The available amenities such as the washer/dryer, hair dryer, TV, etc. were all high end appliances and very much appreciated. We especially liked how our host took their time in explaining the operation of the TV and washer - both clearly needed after a long day of sightseeing in this beautiful city! The location was perfect! We look forward to returning to this home in the future!

Nice comfortable and functional apartment

House as described, one hundred of Capoliveri are very close but at the same time a quiet and peaceful area, characterized by a series of villas. The first beaches are easily accessible in minutes. The house has a nice outdoor space, a large kitchen with everything you need, spacious rooms and large closets. I really recommend it, the only downside is the cost of cleaning, a little higher than the average.

Modern furnished and clean 2-room loft with a spacious terrace. This is equipped with two sun loungers, a table with four chairs and a cozy lounge – perfect for two to feel comfortable. The apartment is easy to find, but getting there requires some driving skill as the last 50 meters lead over a natural road. The center of Capoliveri is in about 10 minutes walking distance. In the neighborhood, there are often dogs that are outside during the day and sometimes also at night and make themselves noticeable accordingly. For animal-loving guests, this should not be a big problem, but it is good to know in advance if you prefer absolute tranquility.

We had a great stay in La Spezia! Andrea’s apartment is perfectly located, near to the main shops and restaurants in the town and very close to the harbour. The apartment was spotless - the bed linen and towels were beautifully clean. Everything was great - would definitely recommend!
