Ottima soluzione anche per brevi soggiorni. Comodo al centro grazie ai mezzi e fornito di tutto l’essenziale. Inoltre, proprietari disponibili e gentili e comunicazioni tempestive! Consigliato!!

L'appartamento di Massimo è semplicemente STUPENDO! Intanto per la posizione: fronte mare, si scende la rampa di scale dal piano primo, si gira l'angolo e si è già sulla passeggiata pronti per scendere in spiaggia. E poi per la vista: il mare incorniciato in due finestre del salotto, che si può ammirare durante la colazione o il pranzo. Una meraviglia. L'appartamento è anche spazioso e funzionale, munito di ogni utilità. Due belle camere, un soggiorno con divano, un salottino con divano letto. Un piccolo benvenuto per la colazione, seggiolone, spondina per il letto e lettino da campeggio per i bimbi. Cucina attrezzatissima. Pulizia impeccabile. Ci siamo goduti un soggiorno di relax, sia noi adulti che i bambini che la nostra cagnona. Consigliatissimo per famiglie multispecie!

Très bon séjour. le logement de Raffaella est en tout point conforme aux photos, spacieux, propre et meublé avec gout. Le cœur historique de Gênes et le port sont facilement accessibles. Nous avons trouvé à nous garer à proximité de l'appartement grâce aux recommandations d'Elena qui nous a gentiment accueilli.

Anna was a very friendly and knowledge host. She was proactive in getting us the Riomaggiore tourist card so we could use the elevator at the train station and sent many pictures and instructions to guide us to the house. She gifted us a bottle of wine that her husband made and focaccia bread made by her son, along with many other small things to eat for breakfast. She was also willing to give local recommendations. Since it rained so much while we were there, she offered to extend our checkout time even if we wanted to explore more when it was nicer. The place was very clean and the shower was nice. Finally the view from our balcony was incredible, we loved sitting out to eat and drink while overlooking the water. It was the best place we stayed on our trip.

Pour notre premier séjour en Italie, nous avons vraiment apprécié le logement de Sara qui est central par rapport à Gênes, Pise, et les Cinque Terres. Le point fort du logement, c'est la vue, nous avons pu assister chaque soir à de magnifiques couchers de soleil sur le balcon. Nous nous sommes sentis accueillis, avec de délicates attentions et des instructions claires. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter.

Valentina is a great host, super helpful and responds quickly. The flat is really nice, very spacious and clean and in the best location. Would definitely recommend!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce bnb. Il est encore plus spacieux et confortable que sur les photos…très belle surprise. La terrasse est idéale pour déjeuner, au coeur de la nature. Our family truly loved staying at Enzo’s place. Being located in the heart of the city of Monterosso made our stay extra special. In the mornings we woke to the smells of coffee, bakeries and fresh ocean air. Enzo’s place was spotlessly clean and had everything needed to make our stay so pleasant and comfortable. When we arrived Enzo told us about the area and about several good restaurants - we took his advice on a few (so good)! When we arrived at Monterosso he familiarized us with the apartment and then when it was our time to leave he came to help with our luggage and bid us farewell. Such an amazing host!

Una splendida vacanza. Giovanna è stata davvero disponibile e gentile già prima dell’arrivo rispondendo alle richieste di chiarimenti. Appena arrivati si è messa a disposizione per ogni necessità, anticipando le nostre esigenze e fornendo anche consigli utili al soggiorno. La struttura corrisponde a quanto si vede in foto, è curata e ben arredata e dotata di tutto ciò che serve (anche asciugacapelli o stendibiancheria… tutto!) Siamo rimasti pochi giorni ma siamo stati davvero bene. Il giardino è davvero un plus, peccato la stagione non fosse quella giusta per fruirne appieno ma i bambini lo hanno utilizzato tanto. Giovanna e Tommaso sono davvero dei super host che si prendono cura dei propri ospiti!

Federico und Gemma haben uns herzlich mit unserem Hund empfangen und waren über die ganze Zeit mit Tipps und Ratschlägen präsent. Sie haben uns sogar auf ein kommendes Unwettern aufmerksam gemacht und uns rechtzeitig die Garage für unseren Oldtimer bereitgestellt. Alles in allem sehr angenehm und alles entsprechend der Beschreibung. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Casetta vicino al centro e al mare con un bel parcheggio comodo adiacente all'abitazione, attrezzata, confortevole e pulita. Francesca è stata sempre veloce e disponibile nella comunicazione, ci ha fornito anche consigli utili. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliatissimo!!!

Cindy est très réactive et attentionnée. Séjour très agréable , maison très spacieuse , extérieur très très bien aménagé pas de vis à vis et très très calme . Je recommande ce logement 👍

Nice big House. Big living room, big kitchen and a huge terrace with a nice valley/sea view. climbing crags of Finale are easy to reach by Car (20 min to max 35 min).

Nicoletta sin dal primo contatto si è dimostrata gentilissima...Come fossimo amici da sempre... L'appartamento è come descritto... Suo marito Gaetano anche lui gentilissimo ci ha aspettato per consegnarci le chiavi e darci qualche dritta su Genova...in futuro se possibile torneremo sicuramente... STRACONSIGLIATO

We loved staying at Terje’s place in Novello. We were 6 friends and the place was perfect for us. You can tell a chef lives here as the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need - and then some. We had amazing nights cooking, made fresh pasta with the pasta roller, pizza in the outdoor pizza oven and were constantly impressed by the kitchen utensils. Since we were here in April and it was kind of chilly, we greatly appreciated the wood stove. There are 4 or 5 different small balconies with great views of the valley. Novello is a small quiet town which was lovely to walk around. There are a couple amazing restaurants and wine bars right in town, but overall it is very quaint and quiet, not very touristy. We decided to not rent a car since we are an active group and rented e-bikes instead which was awesome. The roads are amazing for e-bikes and a really fun way to get around. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you want to do some cooking.

ECCEZIONALE È l’appartamento più bello che io ho trovato su airbnb . In una antica casa nel cuore del centro storico, appartamento molto spazioso ed organizzato alla perfezione; dotato di arredi curatissimi, ha una grande sala, un soggiorno , una cucina dotata davvero di tutto, tre camere da letto, una splendida terrazza ( arredata benissimo), dove si può mangiare e prendere il sole , che guarda i tetti e le torri di Lucca; pulizia ineccepibile; in bagno c’era tutto ciò che poteva servire ( perfino spazzolini e dentifricio) e lo stesso in cucina; ci hanno fatto trovare molti graditissimi omaggi ( biscotti, vino, prosecco, taralli…); la casa è silenziosa, luminosissima , accogliente, familiare, ed ogni stanza ha dei libri a disposizione; gli host Nicola e Fabio sono presenti per ogni consiglio o necessità e di una gentilezza unica. Loro e la casa, curata con amore, hanno reso la nostra permanenza a Lucca indimenticabile

Petit appartement récemment rénové et très propre. Idéalement situé mais très calme pour autant. Après de nombreux essais dans d'autres appartements, le bon rapport qualité/Prix fait de cette adresse mon port d'attache lorsque nous venons à Sanremo.

Très joli appartement avec une belle vue. Attention, il faut absolument la voiture pour pouvoir en profiter. Très bien situé pour visiter Nice, Monaco et les alentours. Notre arrivée a été compliquée car la place de parking qui nous était réservée était déjà occupée par un voisin et qu’il n’y a pas vraiment d’autres places à proximité. Nous recommandons cet appartement qui est spacieux et chaleureux.

The beach and promenade is wonderful with a few nice beach bars. We rented two e-bikes at Alfa Bikes for a few days. One day we took them on the train to Imperia and cycled back to Sanremo on the ‘pistacliclabile’ that has been made on the old railway track. It was really fantastic!

L accueil de Lucian était parfait et la maison propre rangée et très bien équipé. Chaque détail était parfait des petits chaussons au parfumeur d’ambiance et la propreté du lieu ainsi que l équipements . Merci Lucian pour cet accueil votre disponibilité.

Posizione comoda e tranquilla , passato un capodanno con la mia famiglia , alloggio funzionale , l’accoglienza e la disponibilità da parte della signora Ilaria che mi ha consegnato le chiavi è stata perfetta . Da consigliare .

Appartamento enorme con tutti i servizi immaginabili. Pulito e ampio come nelle foto. Ci si arrampica per arrivarci ma anche con un suv nessun problema. Non è quindi centrale ma panoramico e tranquillo. Usare le coordinate per raggiungerlo. Il gestore ha sempre prontamente risposto alle nostre richieste. Posto auto davanti all'ingresso, comodo per i bagagli. Terrazzo spettacolare.

Моя семья несколько дней жила в доме Francesco. В квартире было очень чисто, и я могла себе позволить ходить босиком, хотя обычно не делаю это в съемном жилье. Кровать была большой и удобной, постельное белье чистым и в спальне было тихо. Хозяин любезно предоставил нам детскую кроватку и стул для кормления для нашей дочки. В квартире есть стиральная машина и посудомойка. Единственным минусом для нашей семьи я бы назвала отсутствие микроволновки, мыла для мытья рук и средства для мытья посуды, что нам пришлось купить ради нескольких дней пребывания. До пляжа можно дойти за несколько минут, по пути на пляж находится великолепный парк с множеством детских площадок. Прям под домом аптека и продуктовый магазин, который мы нашли, к сожалению, довольно дорогим и с очень маленьким выбором, но самое необходимое купить можно. Если вы, как и мы, добираетесь на поезде, то на станции есть большой супермаркет и оттуда до квартиры едет прямой автобус. Как итог: квартира прекрасна - рекомендую
