Massimo's apartment is simply BEAUTIFUL! Meanwhile, for the location: beachfront, you go down the flight of stairs from the first floor, turn the corner and you are already on the promenade ready to go down to the beach. And then for the view: the sea framed in two windows of the living room, which can be admired during breakfast or lunch. Wonderful. The apartment is also spacious and functional, equipped with every utility. Two nice bedrooms, a living room with a sofa, a sitting area with a sofa bed. A small welcome for breakfast, high chair, bed rail and camping cot for children. Fully equipped kitchen. Impeccably clean We enjoyed a relaxing stay, both us adults and the children and our dog. Highly recommended for multi-species families!

Very good stay. Raffaella's accommodation matches the photos in all respects, spacious, clean and tastefully furnished. The historic heart of Genoa and the port are easily accessible. We found parking close to the apartment thanks to Elena's recommendations who kindly welcomed us.

Anna was a very friendly and knowledge host. She was proactive in getting us the Riomaggiore tourist card so we could use the elevator at the train station and sent many pictures and instructions to guide us to the house. She gifted us a bottle of wine that her husband made and focaccia bread made by her son, along with many other small things to eat for breakfast. She was also willing to give local recommendations. Since it rained so much while we were there, she offered to extend our checkout time even if we wanted to explore more when it was nicer. The place was very clean and the shower was nice. Finally the view from our balcony was incredible, we loved sitting out to eat and drink while overlooking the water. It was the best place we stayed on our trip.

For our first stay in Italy, we really enjoyed Sara's place which is central to Genoa, Pisa, and the Cinque Terre. The highlight of the accommodation is the view, we were able to watch beautiful sunsets on the balcony every evening. We felt welcomed, with delicate touches and clear instructions. We would recommend this listing without hesitation.

Valentina is a great host, super helpful and responds quickly. The flat is really nice, very spacious and clean and in the best location. Would definitely recommend!

Our family truly loved staying at Enzo’s place. Being located in the heart of the city of Monterosso made our stay extra special. In the mornings we woke to the smells of coffee, bakeries and fresh ocean air. Enzo’s place was spotlessly clean and had everything needed to make our stay so pleasant and comfortable. When we arrived Enzo told us about the area and about several good restaurants - we took his advice on a few (so good)! When we arrived at Monterosso he familiarized us with the apartment and then when it was our time to leave he came to help with our luggage and bid us farewell. Such an amazing host!

A wonderful vacation. Giovanna was really helpful and kind even before arrival by responding to requests for clarification. As soon as we arrived, she made herself available for every need, anticipating our needs and also providing useful tips for the stay. The property corresponds to what you see in the photos, it is well-kept and well-furnished and equipped with everything you need (even a hairdryer or clothesline… everything!) We stayed a few days but we were really happy. The garden is really a plus, too bad the season was not the right one to fully enjoy it but the children used it a lot. Giovanna and Tommaso are really super hosts who take care of their guests!

Federico and Gemma welcomed us warmly with our dog and were present throughout with tips and advice. They even drew our attention to an upcoming storm and provided us with the garage for our vintage car in time. All in all very pleasant and everything according to the description. We'll be back.

House near the center and the sea with a nice convenient parking adjacent to the house, equipped, comfortable and clean. Francesca was always quick and available in communication, she also provided us with useful tips. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!!!

Nice big House. Big living room, big kitchen and a huge terrace with a nice valley/sea view. climbing crags of Finale are easy to reach by Car (20 min to max 35 min).

Nicoletta from the first contact proved to be very kind... As if we had been friends forever... The apartment is as described... Her husband Gaetano also very kind waited for us to give us the keys and give us some tips on Genoa... in the future if possible we will definitely come back... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We loved staying at Terje’s place in Novello. We were 6 friends and the place was perfect for us. You can tell a chef lives here as the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need - and then some. We had amazing nights cooking, made fresh pasta with the pasta roller, pizza in the outdoor pizza oven and were constantly impressed by the kitchen utensils. Since we were here in April and it was kind of chilly, we greatly appreciated the wood stove. There are 4 or 5 different small balconies with great views of the valley. Novello is a small quiet town which was lovely to walk around. There are a couple amazing restaurants and wine bars right in town, but overall it is very quaint and quiet, not very touristy. We decided to not rent a car since we are an active group and rented e-bikes instead which was awesome. The roads are amazing for e-bikes and a really fun way to get around. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you want to do some cooking.

My families stay at Nicola’s house was incredible, he had all the amenities! We felt right at home and he was so helpful with recommendations and to navigate the area. We enjoyed our time in Lucca the most out of our entire trip and are so grateful for the great accommodation. Thank you so much!

Very nice apartment with beautiful views. Please note, you absolutely must have a car to enjoy it. Very well located for visiting Nice, Monaco and the surrounding area. Our arrival was complicated because the parking space reserved for us was already occupied by a neighbor and there are no other spaces nearby. We recommend this apartment which is spacious and warm.

The beach and promenade is wonderful with a few nice beach bars. We rented two e-bikes at Alfa Bikes for a few days. One day we took them on the train to Imperia and cycled back to Sanremo on the ‘pistacliclabile’ that has been made on the old railway track. It was really fantastic!

This was one of the best air bnb’s I have ever stayed in. Lucian has everything you could think of. Felt like I was home.

Modern, with an amazing view and well equipped. Something out of their control is that the road to the house is quite narrow, so might be challenging for the driver if it has a large car.

My family lived in Francesco for a few days. The apartment was very clean and I could afford to walk barefoot, although I don't usually do it in a rented accommodation. The bed was large and comfortable, the bedding was clean and the bedroom was quiet. The host kindly provided us with a baby cot and a high chair for our daughter. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher in the apartment. The only disadvantage for our family I would call the lack of a microwave, hand washing soap and dish soap, which we had to buy for a few days of stay. You can walk to the beach in a few minutes, on the way to the beach there is a magnificent park with many playgrounds for children. Just under the house there is a pharmacy and a grocery store, which we found, unfortunately, quite expensive and with a very small selection, but you can buy the essentials. If you, like us, get there by train, then there is a large supermarket at the station and there is a direct bus from there to the apartment. As a result: the apartment is beautiful - I recommend
