It is a beautiful house, really so nicely cared for, spacious, clean and a nice atmosphere. Everything is decorated with great care and made comfortable for different types of guests. It's on a road you don't see, but you can hear it. You won't be bothered by it, but when you sit outside you can hear the cars driving by. For me it was not a problem, but if you absolutely want 100% silence then this house may be less suitable. The arrival was perfect with a nice smart lock system, everything worked and was perfectly arranged.

The stay at Elena's apartment was very good. Check-in was well-communicated and could be done independently at any time. The apartment is very clean, and the air conditioning keeps it cool. The balcony offers a nice place to sit outside. There is also a garden that can be used, though I didn't use it. The kitchen has everything you need, from a few pots and pans to knives and utensils. There is a washing machine available, and a wash costs 3 euros. Elena always responded quickly and is very friendly. The neighborhood is very quiet. The apartment is located on the edge of Hivis, near Lake Balaton in Hungary, so you need to walk a bit to get to restaurants. The internet is very fast, making it great for remote work.

The vacation home is newly renovated and furnished. The furnishings are above average and everything necessary is available. Secure parking is right on the premises. On the terrace you can spend the time comfortably. The host is very friendly and helpful. The location is quiet and perfect to reach the most important places on Lake Balaton quickly by car. We felt very comfortable.
