Everything is very good, we recommend it. The accommodation is better than in the photos and has all the amenities.

Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The surroundings are even more special: a charming town of Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe pure air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It is very much appreciated to find people like that when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. 12 of us stayed with Mari Luz and had a great time. Everyone was comfortable and felt at home for the 4 nights we were there. At first I was worried that we might disturb Mari Luz but we didn't receive any complaints despite 1 or 2 late nights drinking around the dinner table. Also I'm extremely glad we stayed in Castro Urdiales instead of Bilbao since Castro was a much more relaxing and hospitable place and Bilbao was only a 30 min bus away anyway.

we had a great holiday at the house. The photos don't show enough how big and beautiful the garden is. Also the house is more spacious than we expected in the pictures. Received by Lucia upon arrival. Being able to communicate in English. (I don't speak Spanish). There was also a delicious local delicacy ready for us. Very attending. The house was sparkling clean. And more spacious than I expected. The garden is large and fully fenced so our dog could walk loose. There was space for sun and shade. From the covered porch we had mountain views. The pool was wonderful as well. We were able to swim in it on hot days. It is large enough for a family of 4. The peace, the silence. Only sounds of the countryside. Cows, dogs, birds, toads. Very restful. And last but not least, the area. Really beautiful. What a beautiful region. Lucia thank you!

We had a great stay, the house was very clean and Jose was such a lovely guy. He was always contactable. He gave us lots of recommendations on things to do and places to visit which we did and throughly enjoyed them all. The pool was beautiful and our kids really enjoyed it. Check in and out was flexible which was excellent.

Nice apartment with 3 bedrooms and a small garden. Fully equipped. Diego is really friendly and helpful.

Warm Spanish welcome with a welcome gift. Spacious structure in a very quiet area, a car is essential. Bathrooms with windows and equipped kitchen. In the garden, a lemon tree and an orange tree with fresh fruit available. The only drawback is the French bed, but otherwise everything is fine. Thanks to Marcelino who, living in front, has always been very available for any request. Recommended accommodation for those looking for relaxation

Very nice accommodation, a 5-minute walk from the beach and with several places of interest a short drive away to visit the surroundings. The stay with children is magnificent thanks to having a garden on both sides. I recommend it if you like to be outdoors and close to the beach.

Everything was great. We had a very pleasant stay and loved the house. Marcos was always ready to facilitate both check-in and check-out to meet our needs, which is appreciated. The area around the property is very tranquil and quiet. Easy to find and only a short walk from several restaurants plus it is easy to catch the ferry across to Santander. We were a party of eight adults and the property had plenty of room for all of us plus in benefits from four bathrooms too. The living room was also very spacious and had a large dining table with ample room for us all to sit comfortably to eat. The garden was an added bonus and we made full use of this area.

The place, for a family with two children is fabulous. The views are incredible, and the urbanization is quiet and charming. From the terrace you can see the University of Comillas or Oyambre beach. You are next to the sequoias park and the A8 so you can move to other areas. The place is decorated simple, very comfortable and pleasant. Very well equipped. It's a place to repeat! Our stay in Comillas was simply perfect, and much of it is due to Rikke. From the first moment, she was an attentive, friendly host and always willing to help us with any questions or recommendations. She greeted us with a warmth that made us feel at home from the very first minute. The place exceeded all our expectations: clean, cozy, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped for a comfortable and relaxing stay. You can tell that Rikke takes care of every detail with care. In addition, the location is unbeatable to explore Comillas and enjoy its coastal charm, unique architecture and delicious gastronomy. Charming, cozy, very clean house with everything you need for everyday life, incredible views, perfect for disconnecting and sharing with family and friends! We were with my dog and he had a lot of fun in the garden and the beach! We will definitely be back because it was great!

The truth is that my experience was unbeatable. The house is beautiful, very conveniently located and has everything. What we liked the most was Lourdes' attention, she was charming, very friendly and helpful. In addition, he hit the nail on the head with each of the recommendations he made to us about places of interest, restaurants and plans. I have no doubt that I will repeat for my next trip to Santander.

We were able to spend some great days in Cantabria. The house was right in the area we wanted to visit. It was nice to arrive and be able to rest with a drink in the garden. It's a very quiet neighborhood that allows you to relax. Lara was lovely, giving us information that was great for making our vacation perfect! She was attentive to everything we could possibly need.
