Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Lido

Natalia is super responsible and welcoming! She asked initiatively if we want to drop off our luggages before the check-in time. The house is big and clean, it's even enough for 10 residence. She even prepares slippers and restaurants suggestions (pretty delicious), which is super considerate and I never met such nice house host like her before. By using the coffee machine she offered, I accidentally broke one of the coffee cups, but she cared about my health first and require no compensation, so sweet! I would strongly recommend this house to every tourist!

Good accommodation overall. We were missing some better couch for sleeping in living room. The current one was not so comfortable and kinda noisy when we were rolling over

apartment in a very convenient area to reach Venice by bus. In the immediate vicinity supermarket, pizzerias and McDonalds. A wonderful place to stay. The bedroom opens out onto one of the rivers (but don’t worry not constant water traffic!) my daughter was obsessed with opening them to sit and watch the water every chance she could. One of the best showers I’ve had. Good pressure and temperature. Check in instructions with photos was perfect and reassuring. Communication responses and advice by Valeria was invaluable and her flexibility regarding our check out was very helpful. The place is a lovely walk away from everything. Nice and peaceful and was perfect for our stay. Thank you so much!

The house was spacious and full of character with amazing views across to Venice city and close to restaurants and boat services. There was a lovely charming garden we only wished we had more time to enjoy. Paolo and Nadia were extremely responsive hosts. We’ll most definitely be back.

The overnight stay at the Ca 'd 'alice apartment was perfect, they are every point of view. The apartment is in a quiet area and not frequented by tourists/university students. The apartment has a balcony from which you can enjoy a view of the Venice lagoon, inside it was completely clean and equipped with what we had been told. The host was always available and responsive to answer my questions, also recommending activities and places to visit during the vacation.

We had a fantastic time, thank you! The location is perfect, in a quiet area around the corner from Giardini. The supermarket is 5 minutes away and the vaporetto stop is conveniently located at a few steps from the house. The flat is spotless and we immediately felt at home. It has everything you need, from perfect air conditioning to efficient wi-fi (I worked and had Zoom calls during our stay). The hosts were very kind from the beginning and welcomed us in person at the check-in, even if our arrival was delayed to after midnight. Around the corner from the house, Osteria San Isepo serves some delicious food in a quiet ‘calle’. We are looking forward to going back, highly recommended!

The location was private near a beautiful park and away from tourist areas, a plus for Venice. The beds were comfy and the entire apartment very clean. We were also able to enjoy the private garden in the back. There were also a couple of small stores nearby that the locals used for produce and other household goods, which helps enhance the living experience. We would love to stay again.

Very nice and large apartment, which was very central. Really a cozy location where you can see the canals right in front of the windows. It was a little hard to find there, but we got to talk to Carlos on the phone when we had arrived as guides us in the right place. We are very satisfied and can definitely be recommended.

A good place to stay while you visit Chioggia. Central, and easy to get to from the bus or the Vaporetto. It does not have an elevator, but it is only a flight of stairs, easy reach and the house is comfortable. The downstairs pizzeria is also worth it. They were attentive and quickly fixed an issue with the heater.

Everything was super. It is close to the beach and to the shops/restaurants, we got sun-umbrella, Caribe Bay is a few mins walk only. Luisa is very kind and helped us to have a wonderful vacation.

A great flat for our two families! We had enough space for 4 adults and 2 Kids. Alvise and Maria were very friendly and welcoming and discreet. The place was clean and very quiet. Well equipped kitchen even with fresh and spare kitchen towels. It is a peaceful location, close to the sea and just a Vaporetto ride away from Venice.

Our stay at Carla’s place was amazing, beautiful old house with garden, our appartment was super clean and better even than in the pictures, we had everything we needed and Carla was very helpful and very nice to us. One day we took bikes and made a trip to the other side of the Lido and spent time on the beach. Every day we went to Venice, water bus is very close, few stops and you are at San Marco square. Highly recommend and come again for sure.

This is a great location - a little outside all the very crowded areas so you can have some peace and quiet at night, but not too far either. Very nice place to stay!

We stayed at this hotel in 6 and had a great time! The location is simply perfect: a stone's throw from the station, which allows you to reach Venice in a few minutes, without stress and without having to take the car. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped, ideal for a relaxing stay after a day exploring the city. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Nearby there are several options for eating, including pizzerias, bars and restaurants, making the stay even more comfortable. The value for money is excellent, especially considering the proximity to Venice. We absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit the city without giving up comfort and a pleasant stay!

Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time.
