A stone's throw from Rialto and San Marco, inside the Campo Santa Maria Formosa, in a magical place where art, modernity and ancient everyday life of a Venice that is still itself coexist. In the restoration and choice of location, I chose to tell you about my Venice, through paintings, architecture, antique objects, mixing the use of gold and green, to propose the perfect dialogue between the art of the Serenissima and the peace of the canals upon which my house overlooks.

The flat is located in the Castello district, the most populous and lively in Venice, well served by public transport, near the Biennale. The entrance is on Via Garibaldi, a lively street full of shops, restaurants and typical Venetian 'bacari'. The building is located in front of the monumental entrance to the historic Napoleonic Gardens. A pleasant walk will take you to St. Mark's Square, while a few minutes by vaporetto will take you to the Lido with its beautiful beaches.

Room in the Tower of Roncade Castle

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.

IMPORTANT: The cleaning routine is very thorough and involves sanitizing all surfaces and objects that are normally touched by guests. The apartment is located in a typical and lively area, full of restaurants, bars, shops, still authentic and frequented by Venetians. It's close to both the station and the center. Renovated in 2015, welcoming and comfortable.

La dependance is a 45 square meters’ cozy, comfortable and fully renovated modern studio. The studio is on the top 3rd floor of an historical liberty villa, where my grandparents used to spend their summer time during the ‘50’s, in Venice Lido. It is located along the main street of Lido, the Gran Viale.
