Very comfortable, spacious apartament in a villa with big garden, minutes away from the sea side and local amenities

The best place for beautiful days in Venice!!! Very quiet apartment with the most beautiful view of the lagoon and Venice you can have. Perfectly equipped with lots of free stowage space. 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Parking spot in front of the door freely available. Once around the corner, a bar with cornetti, a delicatessen with everything your heart desires, and a greengrocer. We cycled about 5 minutes to the vaporetto station. Was ideal. We have recommended the neighborhood to so many friends and will definitely be back.

Cristina is a wonderful host. Great assistance with travel arrangements from airport and throughout our stay. Also helpful restaurant recommendations. Lido is a peaceful spot away from the hustle of Venice itself which we found lovely.

Sofia is a very accommodating hostess and welcomed us very nicely. We felt very welcome with small extras, such as breakfast pastries or a (packed) toothbrush in the bathroom or a well-equipped kitchen. In hot weather there was a fan and rainy weather we could borrow umbrellas - these are the little things that make you feel welcome. We will be happy to come back.

Angelo takes pride in both his accommodation and his insightful approach. Getting a lift to and from the boat to Main Venice was a real blessing. All the best beaches we're available by bus. The promenades nearby a delight.. I found the keys a bit tricky at timed but probably just me. Great stay

Elisabetta's apartment was brilliantly located for the main high street and yet secluded and peaceful. it was a wonderful place to be based for the city, beach and restaurants and shops. The apartment was spacious and immaculate with everything we needed. Betta was always responsive to our questions within minutes of us contacting her. I would not hesitate to recommend this host and apartment and look forward to coming to stay again myself! thank you so muddy Betta for the impeccable hospitality.

Our stay at Giorgio's was perfect. The setting is beautiful, quiet and bucolic which is relaxing after days in the crowds in Venice. The space was perfect. Everything was perfect, thank you Giorgio!!

Beautiful apartment, spacious and classic. Large windows, comfortable sitting area, very cosy and we felt right at home. My favourite antique style furniture, equipped kitchen and lovely dining area. Location is perfect, near the beach, and all the restaurants and shop you need is just a few minutes walk. Nicoletta was very kind to wait for our check it extra hours as we were late due to airport delay. She gave us all necessary information and was very quick to help when needed. Will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended for these who want to see Venice but hate the crowd in summer.

Giorgio's apartment was just the right thing for our family vacation. Our daughter also liked the spacious rooms very much and we really enjoyed our time on Lido. Giorgio is really a great host!

Federica was a great host! She was extremely responsive, very helpful and the place was amazing. Quiet area but beautiful views, easy to access by public transportation and lots to do!

This was an amazing way to start our Italy trip. We loved sitting next to the open window and watching the gondolas pass by. It was close to everything you need, small market, a great little place to get an espresso and hop on our own gondola ride. We scheduled many things that were easy to get to via vaperetto. Book this stay, you will not be disappointed!

The place was very awesome if you want to have a feel of Venice and also lido. It’s proximities to Centre and access to public transportation makes it very good. I will highly recommend this apartment for families or group of friends.

Daniela was very kind, flexible with the check-in time, explained everything to us, gave us a map and left us delicious things for breakfast. The place is even better than what you see in the photos, both the apartment and Lido itself are charming. The place was sparkling clean and very bright. Eva's apartment is clean, spacious and very well equipped. It had everything we needed for a self catering holiday. The location, local facilities and transport connections make it an ideal place for visiting Venice, for shopping and for eating out. The Lido has it's own vibe and cafe culture which makes for a relaxing stay. Communication and arrangements for Lorenzo to meet and welcome us meant our arrival was pleasant and stress free.

Very peaceful place, far from any tourist traffic. Very high standards in amenities. Difficult to think about any missing items in the toiletries and the kitchen, including cloth napkins, numerous towels, mosquito-repellent lotion (the apartment is very close to water), a comfortable mattress, and perfumed soaps. Even two different types of pillows. The Coop supermarket (5 min.) caters to daily needs, so there’s no need to store much in the kitchen. Overall, a great relaxing stay in optimal conditions.

Amazing place and great location to get anywhere around Venice very easily. Fantastic host with quick response times - can’t recommend enough!

Very spacious and perfectly placed to go explore Venice

The place was just as advertised. Stefano was very communicative and provided clear instructions. It was super helpful that we were able to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out.

A big thank you to Giorgia for her warm welcome, kindness, attentiveness and great helpfulness! She gave us great tips for discovering good restaurants, nice walks and the must-sees of this wonderful city where we spent three unforgettable days. Her accommodation, located on the ground floor close to all amenities, is very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the jacuzzi and sauna are perfect for relaxing after a long day in the alleys of Venice, a 99% pedestrian city (no cars, no scooters, and no bikes either!). We highly recommend this listing as well as Giorgia. You won't be disappointed! Enjoy your stay!

Great new apartment, very peaceful, practical, comfortable, and exactly as in the photos. Professional host had great recommendations; and made all the practical stuff easy: Good directions; Flexible check in with code and key box; QR codes to enter Venice sorted and sent; bins on site to leave rubbish easily on departure. Can only recommend.

Erika was a very accommodating and responsive host. The place was very clean, spacious with all amenities. It is well located, 5 minutes' walk from a bus stop that takes us directly to Venice and 15 minutes from Mestre train station. We were also able to enjoy the outdoors with a large gallery and patio area. The area was quiet with a very good restaurant and bakery nearby as well as a grocery store a 10-minute walk away. We were welcomed by Carmen, a very friendly lady who was able to give us all the information and instructions necessary for accessibility to the accommodation. I would recommend this place and would definitely go back.

An amazing flat in an amazing location! Didn't realize it till we were there but the location just seemed uniquely beautiful - evening for a uniquely beautiful city. Being on the corner of two canals made for interesting people watching - two bridges in view as well. The neighborhood was easily accessible via the San Stae vaporetto stop and Pierantonio's assistant Christine met us and walked us to the flat - communication was easy and the intro and walk up to the neighborhood was a great way to cut our teeth, this being our first visit to Venice. Highly recommend and would stay again for sure in any future visits! Thank you Pierantonio!

It was great stay! I enjoyed a lot, beautiful neighbourhood, not far from Venice! The flat was clean, good condition and taken care well. It made me to feel, that im at home. Monica is the kindest host 100% ever! For sure coming back!
