We absolutely loved our wonderful stay at Susanna's and Carlo's. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable bed, welcoming interior, the views were stunning. It was really calm and it felt like home. Especially because Susanna and Carlo were such great hosts, friendly, helpful with good advice, they even organised to rent bikes for us. Also, the dog Peppe, gave us so much love, such a sweet dog, we really miss him. We witnessed the arrival of two cute cats and how they met Peppe. It was hard to leave. We absolutely recommend to stay there! Grazie mille per tutto, Susanna, Carlo and Peppe!

Federica è stata molto gentile e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per facilitare il nostro arrivo. L’appartamento ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative, pulito e ordinato.. non mancava nulla! Grazie mille, speriamo di tornare presto!

Traumhaft! Wir waren mit 3 kleinen Kindern in dem Apartment. Der Außenbereich bietet viel Platz und eine klare Abgrenzung. Auch die Innenräume sind perfekt für Familien. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist optimal. Die Lage ist großartig- nahe am Meer. Ungefährlicher Weg. Ein ruhiger Ort mit vielen Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten vor der Tür.

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux. L appartement est situé directement dans le centre de Capoliveri, à proximité de tous les commerces et restaurants. Une mention spéciale pour les accessoires de la cuisine et tous les équipements disponibles. Même la vaisselle est magnifique, ce qui est plutôt rare dans un Airbnb. Nous avons aussi apprécié le fait d´avoir des parapluies à disposition. C est certain que Birgit a le souci du détail et fait tout pour que les guests se sentent comme chez eux.

Cudowne miejsce, życzliwi ludzie, piękne widoki. Byliśmy 4 osobową rodziną. W tym miejscu wypoczniesz, zrelaksujesz się, pomyślisz i na chwile przystaniesz. Poczujesz się jak w raju. Tu znajdziesz coś dla siebie i dziecka. Bardzo duży, czysty basen, jacuzzi, leżaki, parasole. Piękny sad olwiny. Można pograć w piłkę nożną, w ping ponga. W sadzie zrobisz grilla, a rano jak wstaniesz wypijesz kawe na tarasie z pięknym widokiem. Apartament wyposażony rewelacyjnie. Bardzo czysto we wszystkich pomieszczeniach. Do miasta 5 min drogi autem. W miescie różnorodność sklepów. Znajdziesz wszystko co chcesz. Stąd dojedziesz w wiele innych ciekawych miejsc. Wir haben Ende September eine Woche hier gewohnt - eine schöne Zeit um hier Urlaub zu machen. Die Wohnung ist mitten im Dorf und trotzdem in der kleinen malerischen Seitenstraße wirklich ruhig gelegen. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet- ein Schlafzimmer und die Küche mit kleinem Balkon mit Blick über die Dächer aufs Meer. Es war alles da was wir brauchten. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden auf unseren Wunsch gegen Aufpreis zur Verfügung gestellt. Da wir spät ankamen hat Luca sogar nach Absprache vorher einige kleine Einkäufe für uns besorgt! Die Kommunikation war mit Übersetzung hervorragend und sehr freundlich - ich bekam immer sehr schnell eine Antwort auf meine Fragen.Auch der persönliche Kontakt war dann sehr angenehm! Wir möchten sicherlich noch einmal in Capoliveri wohnen und ganz sicherlich wieder in dieser Wohnung!

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit schönen Aussensitzplätzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine schöne Aussicht aus Meer und ruhig gelegen. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Gastgeberin Chiara war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Die Wohnung ist wirklich blitzsauber und es ist alles vorhanden und in einem guten Zustand. Ein wunderschöner Panoramablick mit Sonnenaufgängen und auf den Ort Rio nell’Elba waren beeindruckend. Der private Parkplatz ist sehr sicher. Die Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.

La casa è molto carina, curata nell’arredo ed è molto bello lo spazio esterno. Victoria è disponibilissima. L’unico aspetto meno positivo è la posizione, in quanto la casa si trova sulla strada provinciale, quindi sono poco agevoli ingresso ed uscita e rimane un pochino rumorosa. Nonostante questo ritornerei assolutamente, perché sull’altro piatto della bilancia ci sono tanti aspetti positivi.

Un’incantevole posizione, unica nella sua esclusività. rigenerante per la mente Spazi generosi anche per 4 persone con una terrazza che vale l’intero soggiorno!!! Spero di tornare presto a trovare Paola, persona squisita e disponibile

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nella casa di Giorgio e Elena, un delizioso appartamento indipendente ricavato dalla loro abitazione. Pulito ed accogliente, e dotato di una veranda esterna davvero piacevole. Molto comoda la posizione per chi ha la macchina, in 5 minuti si è a Portoferraio. I proprietari si sono dimostrati molto attenti alle nostre esigenze e ci hanno dato diversi suggerimenti sulle attività da svolgere sull'isola. Super consigliato.

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa : l'Elba e' un vero paradiso! Con i suoi mille colori ci ha incantato e pensiamo di ritornarci, quando sara' possibile , sempre nel delizioso appartamentino di Marzia . Posizionato nel centro di Rio dell'Elba - quindi comodo per i servizi - e' pero' tranquillo e ci ha permesso di trascorrere una vacanza riposante e rigenerante. E' ottimamente attrezzato ed estremamente pulito ed ordinato. Marzia e' un host impeccabile : premurosa e molto disponibile a supportarci con informazioni e consigli.

L'appartamento di Lorena è molto carino e super organizzato. È molto attenta a gli ospiti e disponibile. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi e il paese. Super consigliato

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Marianna, vorallem die Aussicht und die Strandnähe waren super. Die Kommunikation lief auch super und Marianna hat uns immer schnell geantwortet.

Esperienza positiva da Cornelia! Nelle nostre comunicazioni ci ha detto di aspettarci davanti al municipio di Capoliveri. dopo cinque minuti dalla telefonata era già lì e ci ha accompagnati all'appartamento. Il check in su nostra richiesta é stato flessibile. L'area é tranquilla in mezzo al verde. C'é una cucina attrezzata, un buon letto e un ottimo bagno con doccia! Inoltre c'é discreta privacy per via del cortiletto adiacente recintato. Ottimo per chi ha bambini piccoli o un cagnolino come noi! Non mancano gli sdrai e un tavolo per mangiare all'aperto.

We have felt very comfortable in Nisportino. Cristiano and Sofia are warm, helpful and always easy to reach. Here are a few personal (!) pluses and minuses: + Mosquito nets on all windows + Air conditioning in the bedrooms + Flexible, earlier arrival was possible + We were able to share the terrace of the vacant apartment + Small bay with nice pebbles, both in the morning and in the afternoon we found a shady spot + Outside shower for after the beach - A bit remote for excursions around the island - Pillows were very thin and hard - Restaurant on the beach was closed (early October) - A few more basics in the kitchen would be great, like bowls or a toaster - Wifi was only available in one place on the neighboring terrace, unfortunately we had no mobile reception anywhere either

Gruppo di 6 ragazzi abbiamo soggiornato alla casa per tre notti e quattro giorni. La casa era pulita, con tutto il necessario sia per quanto riguarda lenzuola e asciugamani, che per la parte della cucina, che è molto fornita. Letti comodi in tutte le camere e i due bagni puliti con doccia ampie. La zona è ottima in quanto dista 10 minuti in macchina dal centro di Marciana marina ed ha anche un accesso privato a una spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi a 10 minuti. La parte fuori in giardino permette di cenare o pranzare fuori sotto il gazebo, con una vista sul mare veramente impagabile. Esperienza molto positiva che speriamo di ripetere in futuro, grazie anche alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità dell’host. Rapporto qualità prezzo pazzesco.

Sehr schöne, moderne und blitzsaubere Unterkunft in einer schönen und weitläufigen Hotelanlage in ruhiger Lage. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und Simona war eine super Gastgeberin. Schade war nur, dass die Poolanlage Mitte April noch nicht geöffnet war. Vielen Dank, liebe Simona, wir kommen sicher irgendwann mal wieder!

Situata a 3 minuti dal mare, a pochi passi dal centro e in un quartiere carino e tranquillo. Mimmo un host gradevole e disponibile. Per noi che veniamo 2 o 3 volte lanno a Follonica, sarà tappa fissa

The perfect apartment for seeing Porto Azurro. Very close to everything. The building and the apartment are beautiful and Silvia was so lovely and nice. The apartment has beautiful views all the way to the sea and the restaurants and shops are literally just downstairs. I liked it very much and would love to come back! :)

La posizione è ottima sia per girare l’isola sia per andare comodamente alla spiaggia di Lacona a piedi, la vista è molto bella e si è praticamente a due passi da un ristorantino/bar molto buono. Il bagno è grande e piuttosto comodo, l’area esterna idem ed è molto tranquilla. Il divano letto è un po’ scomodo ma complessivamente ci siamo trovati bene. Occhio al frigo, non ha uno spazio per congelare che poteva tornare utile a chi come noi aveva portato i ghiaccetti per la borsa frigo.

Licia super !!! Appartamento piccolino ma perfetto per due con terrazzo stupendo! Posizione ottima
