La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.

The area is quite private, even with respect to my main home, and separated by vegetation and other features. The apartment is part of a small complex consisting of three identical studio apartments on the upper floor and another dwelling where Emanuela's family lives. Its location on the lower ground floor makes it cool and well-ventilated.
