Merci à Alberto pour sa réactivité et pour ses instructions pour accéder au logement. L'appartement était parfait et fonctionnel. La vue magnifique, grace au fait qu'il s'agit du plus haut immeuble de Rimini, et du 18ème étage on a un beau panorama. Rien à redire.

We hadden het appartement gevonden en met name de ligging en inrichting ervan sprak ons aan. Het is niet het goedkoopste appartement aldaar maar voor de service en de kwaliteit zeker de moeite waard. Omdat onze vlucht ernstig vertraagd was konden we niet op tijd zijn voor de sleutel. Deze konden we ophalen in een hotel vlakbij, prima geregeld. Ook het reservebed was door Annalisa al opgemaakt. Heel fijn als je ‘s nachts om 01:30u aankomt. Het appartement ligt ik denk 30 stappen van het strand af. Prima ligging dus. Wij kwamen voor de beurs in de Fiera en vanuit Viserba is dat zeer goed aan te rijden. Het appartement is zeer schoon en je vind er alles wat je nodig hebt voor je verblijf. Een minpuntje; er is bijna geen warm water in de keuken en dat maakt afwassen wat lastig. Verder helemaal prima, we komen hier volgend jaar weer!

We had a great stay in Ravenna and it started with Maggie’s place. The apartment is spacious and charmingly decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining and living area was quite comfortable. The bedroom has adequate closet space and the bed was comfortable. It would be hard to beat the location. Close to the historic center as well as shopping opportunities. There are several restaurants and food stores within easy walking from the apartment. We had no trouble parking though I could see it being a problem at a busier time of year. All in all, I would certainly recommend Maggie’s place.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'appartement est parfait , propre , spacieux, tout le confort, l'environnement calme et une vue sur la lagune et un couché de soleil exceptionnel. Si vous voulez des vacances reposantes dans un cadre enchanteur, je vous conseil avec en prime une plage privée et sauvage avec très peu de personnes que nous rejoignons en bateau à 50m de l'appartement . Merci à Tommaso pour sa disponibilité et réactivité, ainsi qu'à Litzi pour l'accueil. Je vous conseil cette location proche de Chioggia ( magnifique) ainsi que la superbe VENISE. 10 étoiles 🌟 👌

Ana und Massimo waren sehr zuvorkommend freundlich hilfsbereit auch mit Infos und Hilfestellung. Die Anlage ist schön weitläufig, leider etwas laut da Hauptstraße aber in der Nacht geht es. Alles sauber ordentlich gepflegt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Wir waren für vier Übernachtungen in der Unterkunft von Filippo. Die Anreise und der Check-In waren problemlos. Parken in der Garage war unmöglich, weil die Rampe zu steil war und unser Wagen (Tesla 3) aufsetzte. Filippo nannte uns eine Straße, in der wir in der Nähe umsonst parken konnten. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, es war fantastisch ruhig in der Nacht. Man muss aber wissen, dass es kein Bett gibt sondern nur ein Schlafsofa. Uns hat es nicht sonderlich gestört. Das Bad ist Top. Die Küchenecke eng. Dafür gibt es draußen eine cool Veranda mit Sofa und Tisch. Insgesamt fanden wir den Aufhenthalt positiv.

Claudia und ihr Mann sind sehr gastfreundliche und nette Leute. immer hilfsbereit, reagieren schnell auf Anliegen. die Wohnung für italienische Verhältnisse sehr sauber, geräumig und gepflegt. gut ausgestattet, alle Geräte funktionieren. Auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. das einzige "Aber"... die Wohnung liegt an einer sehr lebendige Straße, Cafe 's, Bars und Restaurants. abends ist es laut. und um 6 Uhr morgens jeden Tag werden Müllcontainer geleert, was auch sehr laut ist. wer mit öffentlichen Fenster schläft, muss es in Kauf nehmen. ansonsten alles sehr gut gefallen.

Our stay is Rovigo was wonderful. The place exceeded our expectations. Rodolfo was a wonderful host and helped us even after we left and realized we had forgotten something in the building. He responded immediately to our message and helped us figure out where we left our package. He was extremely kind and flexible with our schedule. We will definitely stay there next time we are in Rovigo.

L'appartamento di Marco è molto accogliente e fornito di tutto il necessario. Sotto casa ci sono moltissimi parcheggi gratuiti, e con una passeggiata di circa 20 minuti si arriva al centro, attraverso il bel parco Teodorico. Lo consiglio sicuramente!

Merci à Laura pour son sympathique accueil. Logement de style local ancien, propre et bien agréable. La terrasse est bien clôturé ce qui était important pour nous avec nos 3 petits chiens. Laura est disponible, elle nous a donné de bonnes informations touristiques. Nous espérons revenir, la proximité de la plage de Bellaria-Igea à pied nous a séduit A 2 min à pied nous avons pu profiter des commerces dans la rue piétonne et son ambiance. Tiziana è stata un host impeccabile, la comunicazione è stata semplicissima e sempre improntata a una grande disponibilità. La casetta è perfetta, con tutto ciò che serve e in un punto silenzioso e tranquillo, perfetto per una famiglia (soprattutto il cortiletto recintato e il prato condominiale, le mie bimbe l'hanno adorato). A piedi si raggiungono in un paio di minuti il mare e la pineta. Torneremo sicuramente!

Un buen sitio para quedarse mientras visitas Chioggia. Céntrica, y fácil de llegar desde el autobús o el Vaporetto. No tiene ascensor, pero solo es un tramo de escalera, se llega fácil y la casa es cómoda. Merece la pena además la pizzería de abajo. Estuvieron atentas y solucionaron rápido un problema con la calefacción.

Fabio ist ein toller Gastgeber. Wir haben uns in dem Haus richtig wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten war toll und hat besonders den Kindern total gut gefallen. Der Pool ist ansprechend und super für eine Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Im Garten wachsen Feigen Bäume mit super leckeren Früchten. Fabio hat uns begrüßt und verabschiedet und zwischendurch immer gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist - ein wirklich toller Service. Sollten wir nochmal in die Region kommen ist Fabio sicher unsere erste Wahl.

Abbiamo alloggiato in 6 nell' appartamento di Maria Antonietta, siamo stati comodissimi, e sopratutto ci siamo trovati benissimo, Antonietta è molto cordiale, simpatica, amichevole e gentile, ci ha trattato come amici di sempre.. Comunque.. l'alloggio è in una posizione OTTIMA, si raggiunge il centro storico di ravenna a piedi in circa 3 minuti, l'appartamento non ha il posto auto ma a 5 metri cè un parcheggio enorme dove poter parcheggiare in piena tranquillità.

Ambienti puliti, ordinati, luminosi e spaziosi. Elettrodomestici funzionanti e lenzuola pulite. La gestione ottima, la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima posizione, un po'defilita dal viale principale, permette di riposare di notte. Molto soddisfatti!
