The location was great, real close to the beach making everything in walking range.

Susanna's apartment was exactly how it was in the photographs and the description. She met us at the time we agreed to let us in, and as there were no issues, we didn't need to speak again. The apartment was a few steps away from the main front street which was great.

Our stay with Illaria was wonderful. Seaside apartments often feel a bit worn, but that was absolutely not the case here. The entire flat was new, spotlessly clean, and perfectly suitable for our family of four with small children. I’d especially highlight the well-equipped kitchen, which is not always a given in holiday rentals. Illaria was very kind and communicative – either she or her mother was always available to help. Her mother even prepared a small gift for our children when we were leaving, which was a lovely gesture. The location of the apartment was also ideal for us – there was a supermarket and a park with a playground on the way to the beach. We rented a beach hut from Illaria as well, so we had sunbeds, umbrellas, and a place to store our things while at the sea. I can wholeheartedly recommend staying with Illaria – 100%.

Christiana made us feel extremely welcomed. Had even bought us a wide range of breakfast items at arrival.

The apartment was at its best with indoor parking the host was very nice to us for various activities or meals I advise you if you are looking for an apartment for 7 people

I had a lovely stay in Imola and enjoyed being at Alex's place for a week. Extremely easy communication and very quick response. The place is cleaned spotless and what you see is what you get. I loved the recommendations of the neighbourhood and can definitely recommend having your vacation here 😊

Lovely house with two large decks, a grill and a large outdoor table. House has everything you need for comfort of stay. In hot weather, the air conditioner helps a lot, it is in the kitchen, but cools the whole house. The apartment is next to the sea and close to nice restaurants. The apartment is very nice, with an essential kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a well-kept garden. Far from Ferrara but well connected by city buses. Quiet environment. Very helpful and responsive host.

Elisa was very responsive to messages and was lovely when we met her briefly Very quiet neighbourhood and only 10 minutes walk from the centre and 20 minutes from the station. Supermarket and laudrette 5 mins away. We enjoyed our stay in Ravenna.

My parents spent a week at Silvia's apartment and had a great time. Silvia was very kind and always available. Apartment equipped with every comfort and very close to the beach, with a terrace overlooking the sea. They were able to use the bikes available to visit the area. Great!

Orlando and his wife welcomed me with incredible hospitality that made me feel at home right away! I had a great time and was impressed by the commitment and care of the entire property with a spectacular swimming pool for the summer and an impeccable bedroom and bathroom in terms of cleanliness and order. Not to mention super playful dogs... 😁 I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area again!

The Loggia del Grillo is a perfect choice for those looking for tranquility and comfort in Faenza. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the center, allowing you to explore the city without the need for long journeys. The parking under the house for only €1 is a real advantage, making arrival and departure extremely convenient. The cleanliness of the house is impeccable and the rooms are modern and well-kept, offering a pleasant and comfortable stay. A special applause to Ms. Paola, always available and friendly, who makes check-in a simple and welcoming experience. Staying here is a real pleasure! A wonderful stay – thank you, Veronica! We were able to spend a few great days in Veronica's accommodation and are absolutely thrilled. She welcomed us warmly and sympathetically – you can immediately tell that she is involved with heart. The apartment was spacious, very clean, bright and lovingly furnished. It really had everything you need – you immediately feel at home. Veronica was always available, very helpful and provided us with great tips that you can only get from locals. For us, it was a completely successful stay. Veronica is a great host and we highly recommend her and her place. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed three weeks from Simona in the Peonia apartment. The enchanting place stands out for its absolute peace, cleanliness, well-kept spaces with indescribable love and dedication. Simona and Valentina are available in every aspect and at the same time know how to be discreet and never intrusive, which I really appreciated. They generously offered us their precious agricultural products and we were able to enjoy outdoor spaces in full freedom and privacy. The apartment is modern, functional and tasteful. The equipped kitchen, the spacious and cool room, the bathroom wonderful. A laundry room complete with a washing machine, clothesline and ice maker is available. Very comfortable parking with automatic gate...And then Simona's dogs are always well-behaved in place. We really loved the location immersed in the countryside, but close to the sea and the comfort of the pool and a quiet environment. Thank you for everything!
