Absolutely amazing stay! Perfect location and walkable to everything!

Good place, location and price

The rooms are spacious, cozy, and well heated. The location is convenient to both the beaches and the center of Chioggia. The apartment is on the second floor and the access stairs are "challenging" if you have a large luggage. The bikes provided make it easy to get around. There are some paid parking areas nearby, 5-8-12€ per day in low season. The instructions provided make it easy to find the apartment.

The apartment is very nice, clean and functional with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Very peaceful location but still served. Absolutely recommended!

Thanks for a lovely few days on beautiful Pellestrina. The studio was perfect, with everything needed for a peaceful and pleasant stay. The Pellestrina sunsets were amazing! I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

Leo is a very nice host, quick to respond and engaged. The place is nice, has all the amenities you need (beach towels!)and it's close to the beach. Overall excellent place and for a good price too.

There were five of us as a family with 3 teenagers in the beautiful accommodation. We lacked nothing, were received very nicely in the office, we were shown everything and we got a lot of tips. The house is friendly bright and completely sufficient for 5 people. The pool and the sea are reached after a few meters, the private beach is well maintained and equipped with sunbeds and parasol. Restaurants and beach bars (more often with live music in the evening) are close by. Excursions around the Po Delta or Venice are super doable. However, we used the beach most of the time. All in all, it was a very successful holiday that we will be very happy to remember. Grazie!

Very clean, well appointed place to stay. The fact that there is a washing machine and air conditioning makes the stay even better. Absolutely family friendly as the very well-kept pool and the sea are within walking distance. By the sea there is a bar where you can get everything for a good price from coffee to ice cream to noodle dish. Oh, the sanitary facilities are very well maintained here. You can choose whether to rent a lounger or settle on the public beach. The sea is great for small children as it is flat for a very long time. If you travel by public transport, you need a bit of patience, there is a connection to Chioggia/Venice, it just takes a bit to arrive. If you need a break from the sun, the bar next to the Isola Verde bus stop has a foosball table. There was one or the other match with a local bar visitor. Communication with Leila and Hassoni was also very pleasant. We had a great holiday!

Our vacation at this place was very nice. The view from the balcony to the sea was wonderful. Easily accessible. The program and food in the bar/restaurant was also great, friendly and well chosen. The car was safely parked. Thank you and all the best to everyone.

Tiziana was an impeccable host, communication was very simple and always based on great availability. The cottage is perfect, with everything you need and in a quiet and peaceful location, perfect for a family (especially the fenced courtyard and the condominium lawn, my girls loved it). On foot you can reach the sea and the pine forest in a couple of minutes. We will definitely be back!

The place is exactly as described. Amazing location on the sea front and near the city centre. There is a really nice view to the Adriatic sea from the flat. Linda was very responsive during our stay. we definitely recommend the place

Our stay in Rimini was truly wonderful! The apartment was ideally located, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by numerous restaurants and activities. Whether you wanted to relax by the sea or explore the vibrant local scene, everything was easily accessible on foot. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the private parking, which made our stay even more convenient. The host was exceptionally kind, flexible, and always willing to help. Their warm hospitality added a special touch to our trip. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Rimini – it’s the perfect base for a memorable vacation!

Highly recommend this air bnb. It had everything we needed for our family of 5. Great location and wonderful host - Lorella was very lovely and helpful. Be aware that bed linen and towels are not included but when you ask Lorella, she will organise these for you.

Aldo and his wife are a really nice couple who make you feel welcome. If you like walking/cycling, eating & drinking & watching the sunset on the lagoon then you will like it here.

Very functional house, equipped with everything you need. Two spacious balconies. Everything new (furniture and furnishings) and very clean. Mrs. Cinzia is very helpful. The area is interesting from different points of view (naturalistic/historical/artistic).

Silvia warmly welcomed us in a bright apartment in one of the very few private houses overlooking the sea: the large balcony offers a unique panorama that ranges from San Marino to Porto Garibaldi. We had a wonderful experience with the family, even in an already off-season period. Also recommended for families with young children.

The house where we stayed is in a very nice location, close to everything... sea, restaurants, bars, shops, boutiques. With a terrace, which offers a unique view of the lagoon. Very nice rooms, each with its own bathroom. Kitchen equipped with everything. Super recommended. Hosts always responsive and available.

Very nice apartment. The location is really convenient, it is located in a quiet area, a short walk to the beach and also well connected to the center. Every corner was taken care of in every detail, the gardens were very well cared for, the apartment was cozy and tidy, making us feel at home from the start. The owners are always helpful and very kind people. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and well located place to stay.
