Wir hatten mit 2 Familien das Airbnb von Lisa für einen Kurztrip mit 4 Nächten gebucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, top Ausstattung in der Küche. Das Highlight war die tolle Sauna und die große Badewanne im 2. OG. Wir hatten ein kleines Kind (3J) dabei, auch er fand das Haus super, vor allem den Garten mit dem Trampolin. Ich kann Lisa herzlichst weiter empfehlen!!!

Wir verbrachten einen tollen Kurzurlaub in einer Premium Unterkunft! Das Haus war sehr sauber, hell und freundlich. Außerdem hervorragend ausgestattet. Es mangelte auch in Küche und Bad an Nichts. Wir fühlten uns gleich wie zu Hause. Ganz besonders gut hat uns gefallen, nach einem langen Tag in Berlin, müde und mit vielen Eindrücken in unsere herrlich ruhig gelegene Unterkunft zurück zu kehren. Die Lage fanden wir top! Gepflegter Garten mit Blick ins Grüne, trotzdem sind S und U - Bahn nach Berlin Mitte nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. In circa 20 Minuten bist du mitten in der Stadt. Die persönliche Begrüßung sowie die gesamte Kommunikation waren super nett und zeitnah. Lieben Dank nochmal für den Sekt im Kühlschrank und den Obstkorb! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!!

John is a wonderful host ... he's responsive and provided us w/lots of info both prior to and during our stay. His townhouse is well located ... spotless, well appointed, and spacious enough for our family of 4 ... it was very comfortable and welcoming, and we really felt like we were at 'home' each evening after a full day of sightseeing. The townhouse has only one bathroom, so we had to coordinate our morning and evening routines, but there was plenty of hot water for everyone's shower. The week of our stay was quite hot (high 80's/low 90'sF), and the bedrooms, especially the one on the 3rd floor, heated during the day and cooled off slowly ... several of the nights, it was too uncomfortable to fall asleep right away. It would be great if portable fans are provided to future summertime renters ... I think it would make a huge difference. Due to the heat, we weren't able to enjoy the back patio/roof terrace (full PM sun). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and recommend John as a host!

Meine Erfahrung in diesem Haus war einfach großartig! Alles war hervorragend und hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Haus war sehr sauber, ordentlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ich habe mich direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit und stand immer für Fragen oder Anliegen zur Verfügung. Ich bin überglücklich, dass ich mich für dieses Haus entschieden habe, und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Ich kann dieses Haus jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der eine komfortable und besondere Unterkunft sucht!

The home was beautiful! It’s in a great, private location with tons of restaurants and cafes nearby. The platz across the street also hosts a big flea market on Sunday’s which was a neat surprise too! It’s also only a 10 min walk to the nearest tram and train stations so getting to other parts of town is super easy too. I will note that the pictures don’t really show you that one of the bedrooms is in the basement and to get to it you have to walk down some pretty steep stairs through a trap door style entrance on the main floor. It wasn’t an issue for our group but I didn’t see it noted in any of the other reviews so figured I’d mention it. All in all though our stay was a 10/10 and I’d definitely rebook with Tilmann the next time I’m in Berlin!

Wir haben mit 6 Erwachsenen im familiären Kreis den Jahreswechsel im Haus von Lisa und Martin verbracht und täglich Besuche bei Verwandten gemacht. Wir haben die Zeit bei Lisa und Martin sehr genossen. Sie waren immer ansprechbar, wenn etwas zu klären war und sehr flexibel und hilfsbereit, aber gleichzeitig nicht aufdringlich. Wenn sich die Gelegenheit ergibt, kommen wir gerne wieder.

You can walk to the U-bahn in 10 minutes or there is a bus stop nearby and you can reach the U-bahn in 2-3 minutes. There are also grocery stores and places to eat around the U-Bahn. You can stay with Angela in peace and safety in this house. The house has everything you need. I will recommend this place to all my acquaintances who are coming to Berlin from now on. You can stay here without any hesitation. I'm glad I stayed in Angela's house. It's a great choice to feel at home in Berlin! Thank you again, Angela <3

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in het huis van Simone! Voor ons was de afwisseling van rust en naar het centrum kunnen gaan perfect. De communicatie gaat heel snel. Iedere vraag die we tijdens ons verblijf hadden, werd snel en goed beantwoord. Het huis is groot en gezellig.

Great place to stay!!! The room was fabulous, tidy, spacious and smells great! The kitchen was fully equipped. I didn’t make meals there but enjoyed my cuppa every morning! The bathroom is small but fully equipped. Phuong and Martin make you feel at home and was super friendly! Lent me a brolly that saved my day! Super quiet place. Just 10-15 mins walk to the station, which takes you to centre easily. Can’t recommend more! Worth 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Sehr schön, genau wie auf den Fotos. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Nützlich zum Arbeiten waren der Schreibtisch und das gute Internet. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und grün. Zur U-Bahn sind es nur wenige Minuten, so dass man schnell in die City gelangt. Der Mix aus ruhiger, schöner Umgebung und Anschluss an die Öffentlichen war für mich ideal. Vielen Dank!

Ganz lieber Empfang. Sehr unkompliziert. Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und immer hilfsbereit. Sehr ruhige Gegend und inspirierende Literatur, genau das Richtige nach einem anstrengenden Seminartag. Temperatur konnte auch im Dachzimmer trotz heißer Temperaturen tagsüber, abends über die Dachfenster gut gekühlt werden.

Olaf est un hôte très réactif et serviable. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et ça dès notre arrivée. Nous avions à notre disposition tout ce qu’il fallait. Nous avons eu la chambre sous les toits et c’était très calme et le lit était très confortable. L’emplacement est pratique pour visiter Berlin car on a des bus à proximité et la S-Bahn à 15 min à pieds. On recommande.

Leider musste ich kurzfristig meinen Aufenthalt stornieren. Ich schreibe deshalb hier rein, weil Olaf einfach ein toller Mensch und Gastgeber ist! Er hat super verständnisvoll auf meine Situation reagiert und auch, wenn wir uns persönlich nie gesehen haben, hat er mir das Gefühl gegeben, er ist für mich da, (Schwierige familiäre Situation, weshalb ich nach BER kommen musste) - Ich bin 1000000% sicher, dass ich seine Unterkunft buchen werde, sobald ich das nächste Mal in BER bin. EMPFEHLUNG: 100%
