In our house we have a lot of space and rent up to three rooms or sometimes the whole house when we are traveling ourselves. There is a private parking lot. The S-Bahn [suburban train] is 20 minutes away at Alexanderplatz and 25 minutes from the MAIN TRAIN STATION. The zoo is at our door and there is nothing missing in the house! Cinema evenings, sauna evenings, barbecue evenings or just a retreat - we can offer you that. Only smoking in the house is absolutely no smoking. The house has four bedrooms and everything for children.

Only about 7 minutes from the S-Bahn and U-Bahn station "Wuhletal" is Berlin-Kaulsdorf, until 100 years ago a village, now one of the greenest districts of the city. Here is your spacious terraced house in a small courtyard complex with villa, terraced house with 6 parties, the carports, large garden and access to a field, where you can make an extended jogging tour. You can get to the city center quickly. The nearest supermarket is about 600 meters away, others are about 1 km away. Organic market 2 km/1 U-Bahn station.

Das Haus ist unser Wohnhaus und wir vermieten es in unserer Abwesenheit. Es gibt viel Platz (125qm auf drei Etagen) und Licht. Ihr könnt die Küche und die Bäder benutzen. Es gibt Spielsachen für die Kinder, die gerne benutzt werden dürfen. Besonders schön ist es , in der Morgensonne in der Wohnküche zu frühstücken oder in der Abendsonne im Dachgeschoss zu chillen. Beachte: Es ist uns nicht möglich, unsere gesamten persönlichen Dinge wegzuräumen. Dies ist kein reines Ferienhaus (siehe Fotos)!
