It is located in a quiet residential area in the middle of Berlin. Haus Prerow is a one-room apartment with a bathroom and shower and is located separately on our property. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.
