Kuanita ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, ruhig und super gut gelegen. In der Wohnung findet man wirklich alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. :)

What a lovely place to call home for a few days! The space is cozy and comfortable with lots of sunlight, with plenty of bars and cafes within walking distance. Laura is a welcoming and most helpful host!

I was very happy to meet Martin. He is a very honest, kind, and reliable person. His house was absolutely perfect — very clean, tidy, and well-organized. Martin was always helpful and responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. This was honestly one of the best holiday experiences I’ve ever had. Photos in listing aren’t of the unit stayed in. Pierre was upfront about that before confirming booking and supplied a video of actual unit. It’s a fantastic place and exactly as shown in the video. Very clean. Very comfortable.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt im Prenzlauer Berg und haben die gute Lage sehr genossen. Das Ein- und Auschecken ging ebenfalls völlig problemlos über die Bühne, die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet (zum Beispiel auch mit Shampoo, Tee etc.). Leider gibt es nur ein Fenster in der Küche über das frische Luft in die Wohnung gelangen kann und durch die Erdgeschoss-Lage ist es eher dunkler (was einigen bestimmt gefallen mag). Leider hatten wir drei Tage lang kein Warmwasser, was uns erst mit der Ankunft mitgeteilt wurde. Die Kommunikation mit Ana war ansonsten unproblematisch.

Nous recommandons ce logement à tous points de vue, idéalement situé dans un quartier calme et agréable avec points de restauration ou pour un verre ainsi que pour l'alimentation à proximité. Transports à 2 pas. Propreté impeccable, bien équipé. On s'y sent comme à la maison. Attention cependant au 5e étage sans ascenseur, c'est sportif après une bonne journée de marche !! Andrea est une charmante personne, réactive, disponible et arrangeante. Nous sommes prêtes à renouveler cette belle expérience berlinoise dans ce lieu sans aucune hésitation !

Das Appartement ist wie beschrieben und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet- es hat sogar unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es können sehr gut zwei Paare oder eine Familie dort untergebracht werden. Es war alles sehr sauber und vor allem ruhig, da es sich um ein Appartement im Hinterhof handelt, der sehr schön und ruhig gelegen ist. Es gibt genügend Restaurants und Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe, in denen man gut frühstücken und essen kann. Wir würden es immer wieder buchen und waren äußerst zufrieden.

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser besonderen Unterkunft. Das Häuschen liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße am Rande eines Waldgebietes und mit Nähe zu dem See. Man durchschreitet erst einen naturbelassenen Garten, in dem diverse Ruheplätze vorhanden sind. Besonders schön ist die Paletten-Chill-Out- Ecke direkt neben dem Eingang. Beim Betreten des Häuschen landet man sogleich in dem offenen Wohnbereich, in dessen Mitte der Kamin steht, für den ordentlich viel Holz zurVerfügung steht. Über eine steile kleine Treppe gelangt man dann in den oberen Schlafbereich. Alles war sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, wozu u. a. auch die Saunanutzungsmöglichkeit beigetragen hat. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen, weisen aber auch darauf hin, dass es von Vorteil wäre, über einen fahrbaren Unterstützung zu verfügen, da sie sich schon etwas abseits befindet.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, alles neue renoviert, in einer ruhigen Lage. Ca. 45 min von Berlin Innenstadt entfernt, auch super erreichbar. Vermieter war immer gut erreichbar. Flexible Check in Zeiten nach Rücksprache. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen, gerne wieder.

Wir haben 6 wunderschöne Tage verbracht in Cathleen's Ferienhaus. Es liegt herrlich ruhig in einem schönem Wohnviertel ein paar Gehminuten entfernt zum Strandbad. Der Garten ist eine Idylle, und Robby bzw Schaf, der Rasenmäher, sorgt für einen sehr schönen Rasen. Wir haben täglich Gebrauch gemacht von der Terrasse entweder am Tisch oder auf der bequemen Lounge. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei und wir können das Ferienhaus wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Auch unserem Vierbeiner hat es hier äusserst gut gefallen.

We had a wonderful stay at Ilona‘s house. Everything was clean and nicely prepared for our arrival. We had all we needed and Ilona and her husband were very responsive and proactive and helped quickly when we had little wishes that made our stay even more comfortable. We used Ilona‘s place for our trips to Berlin by train (about 30-40min) and were able to sleep well in a quiet neighborhood at night and be in buzzing Berlin during the day. There are also beautiful nature areas with lakes in a 15-20min driving range. We were 2 seniors, 2 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of space in Ilona‘s house as well as the garden. There’s a great Asian restaurant in walking distance as well as an Imbiss for quick meals, a bakery and an ice cream shop in walking distance. We would recommend Ilona’s place to anyone who is looking for a similar as described experience. Thank you, Ilona and Torsten!

Ich habe die Ferienwohnung von Susnne und René geschäftlich für einen Mitarbeiter gebucht. Mein Kollege hat sich von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war schön sauber und ordentlich und auch der Check-In klappte einwandfrei. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und mein Kollege konnte sich gut selbst verpflegen. Gern buche ich wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe sind.

I had a great stay at Gérard and Cinderella's place. The studio is facing the backyard, the bed/ pillows were very comfortable, and there were thick curtains, which all made it easy to sleep well. The studio is located right next to an U-Bahn station, which makes it super easy to access various locations in Berlin. Gérard and Cinderella were both great at communicating and answered any questions promptly. They also generously allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend their place!

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We really felt at home. We loved the location and found it easy to take the U Bahn or S Bahn everywhere. A great neighbourhood and quiet street. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I recently embarked on a two-week adventure around Europe, starting with the beautiful city of Berlin. We were truly captivated by the charm and vibrancy of the city, and we found that many attractions were easily walkable, making our exploration even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Simon, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. His recommendations for places to visit were spot on, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of our time in Berlin. We can't wait to return and experience more of what this amazing city has to offer. Jill heeft een super leuk huis op de 4e verdieping. We voelde ons er meteen thuis. De buurt is geweldig en op loopafstand is de tram trein metro en bus zodat je heel de stad kan ontdekken. Er zijn alleen geen verduisterende gordijnen daarom deden wij slaapmaskers op. Het bed is heerlijk en de douche heeft ook een goede straal. Hele fijne tijd gehad, dank je wel Jilli!

This is a wonderful place to stay as a base for exploring all of the exciting things Berlin has to offer. The apartment was perfect for us, clean and with everything we needed. We loved the artwork on the walls and the balcony was perfect for our morning coffee. We also loved the extra little touches such as the extensive library and umbrellas on hand if it was raining. All in all we can recommend and hope to return in the future.

Wir haben zu dritt ein paar Tage in Olafs Wohnung verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist außerordentlich geschmackvoll eingerichtet, geräumig, hell und sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles ist gut gepflegt und funktioniert wunderbar. Dass es zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer gibt, ist sehr angenehm. Die zwei Terrassen am Wohn- und Gästezimmer und die große Dachterrasse sind sehr schön. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist sehr gut, man hat nur wenige Meter zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle zu laufen, die S-Bahn in der Warschauerstraße und am Ostkreuz ist auch gut erreichbar. Das Check-in war ganz problemlos. Olaf ist ein sehr freundlicher, präziser und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er war immer gut erreichbar, was wir aber im Grunde gar nicht oft in Anspruch nehmen mussten, da es überhaupt keine Probleme gab. Vielen Dank!

Great place! So close to public transportation. The flat is on the top floor, so there are a lot of stairs (no lift). I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with limited mobility. But otherwise, everything is definitely worth it! Absolutely gorgeous view from the balcony. Hosts are very responsive and helpful!

Sem dúvida alguma o melhor Airbnb que já me hospedei. Tudo absolutamente impecável. O apartamento é maior do que nas fotos. Tem uma sala de estar maravilhosa. Tem um quintal charmoso. Rocio é atenciosa e nos deixou um prato de morangos frescos e ovos das galinhas do quintal. Com certeza me hospederai novamente nesse apartamento.
