Loft vacation rentals in Lichtenberg

Our stay in Mata's loft couldn't have been lovelier! The space is even more beautiful and special than captured in the photos on the listing. In addition, there are a seemingly endless array of excellent restaurants, cafes, bars, and bakeries in the surrounding neighborhood. Mata herself couldn't have been more friendly, communicative, and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone looking to spend some time in Berlin.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Berlin. Für einen Wochenendtrip genau das richtige. Viel Platz und mitten im Geschehen. Die Kommunikation mit Martina & Charlotte war super. Absolut zu empfehlen.

This Airbnb is such a gem—especially if you’re someone who appreciates good design and thoughtful details. The location is amazing. So many great restaurants and cool stores are just a short walk away. I kept checking Google Maps and being surprised how close everything was. The neighborhood is on the nicer side too, so I felt super safe—even walking around late at night on my own to grab food. Inside, the space feels like a little design library. I could’ve easily spent a whole day just reading and noticing all the creative touches. So many little things made me stop and think, “Wait, that’s such a cool idea.” AU and Enis were amazing with communication. Super responsive and patient—I tend to ask a lot of questions, and they always replied quickly and kindly. I didn’t get to meet them in person, but chatting with them honestly made it feel more like staying at a friend’s place than a rental. If you know how to appreciate places with soul and character, this one’s for you.

Muito bom lugar em Berlim, apartamento bonito e confortável . Um pouco afastado do centro mas bem localizado para pegar o trem e metrô. Adoramos a estadia e planejamos voltar em breve.

Wir haben uns bei Evi und Ihrer Familie sehr wohl gefühlt.Bereits der Erstkontakt war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die ruhige Umgebung und direkte Waldrandlage war für uns mit unserer Hündin einfach nur perfekt. Auch die Verbindung mit der S 1 Richtung Berlin City ist völlig kompliaktionslos und somit steht einem schnellen Hinkommen zu einem Seightseeing Trip der Berliner City auch nichts im Wege. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung von Herzen weiter.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr großzügig und schön. Die Lage perfekt. Da Charlottenburg ein ruhiges Wohnviertel ist, ist das EG direkt auf die Straße, kein Problem. Franz ist ein toller Gastgeber und hat den Kühlschrank nett gefüllt.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Der Host war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit – er hat uns nicht nur tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung gezeigt, sondern mich auch auf Gegenden hingewiesen, die man besser meiden sollte. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr schön, sauber und in einem hervorragenden Zustand – genau wie auf den Fotos. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

Great ground-floor studio apartment in a quiet courtyard building in Prenzlauer Berg, ideal for exploring Berlin. The nearest U-Bahn station, Eberswalder Straße, will take you to Alexanderplatz in three stops. The 24-hour M10 tram stop (Husemannstraße) is even closer. Easy to find and easy to get into (with a lockbox). Great communication from Ignacio. The flat is very clean and well-equipped (although there's no TV - didn't bother us, however). The shower is the best I've found in an Airbnb. There's a large supermarket a short walk away in the Kulturbrauerei complex. Altogether, excellent and highly recommended.

I always receive prompt responses from Timo. The apartment is nice and clean, and the location is in a quiet, relaxed neighborhood. Finding the parking entrance was a bit challenging at first, even though a video was provided, it wasn’t in English. However, Timo quickly gave me clear guidance, so it wasn’t an issue. We had a good stay.

Très bel appartement qui offre la possibilité de se rendre à Berlin centre en transport sans difficulté. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Jättecool lägenhet en bit utanför centrum, massor med plats att hänga på, värden trevlig, hjälpsam och lätt att få tag på.

Christoph's place is great - large apartment with two bathrooms, high up, quiet and with nice outdoor areas. The surrounding area was super nice, too (pretty queer, actually) and had some nice restaurants and a Cafe around the corner. It is not the most central of locations, and while public transport is rather accessible from the apartment, it will still take a while to get anywhere. If you are fine with that, I can recommend Christoph (who communicated super well) and his place fully.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Appartment ist gross, lichtdurchflutet und sehr schön renoviert und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es hat alles was man braucht. Die U8 und U7 sind in 5-10 Minuten Gehdistanz, und somit ideal für Ausflüge. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants/Take Aways.
